We started looking for automation solution late 2017, that's when we found out about Jazva. Jazva initially promised us a lot of things, at first we were a bit hesitant on the delivery of the system since we know exactly what we needed. After using the system for a little over half a year we can say that Jazva deliver what they promised, our team is happy with the overall result and efficiency. Worth our time and money. We highly recommend it!

Java has been a great company to work with! They are great for all the eCommerce businesses that needs to get real time inventory count, sales analytics, order processing and much more features. Jazva team has been helpful throughout the whole on-boarding process and made it very easy to learn the new program! Thank you for all your support!!

We started using Jazva about 4 months ago after we had enough with Sellbrite. We are extremely happy with our decision so far. What we like is being able to have one centralized hub to manage our whole eCommerce business and our wholesale side as well. They helped us get onto more channels such as Walmart and Jet, and helped get all of our products from Amazon listed onto those channels. We are also using Jazva for inventory and warehouse management. This has already prevented overselling, which was one of the big reasons we left Sellbrite. The launch specialist I worked with helped us out a bunch by making us more efficient in the warehouse as well. The one issue we had was when we first started it took 5 days just to get introduced to our launch specialist, but after that these 4 months have been exciting and we are extremely happy going into Christmas!

Jazva did not deliver on any of their promises, they could not connect to any of our marketplaces properly which would have been helpful to know prior to us paying them thousands of dollars. Support is nonexistent and everything we did with this company was a trial and error process that constantly had us reaching out to their support team, while they were learning how to use their own software and learning as they go. The support team only knows how to navigate the system, not fix problems basically Jazva uses their own customers as beta testers. Do not work with this company, it is clear this software is still in beta and needs significant work before it should be sold to customers.

Wow. Don't even know where to start. We were a little hesitant to choose Jazva at first because of the high setup cost. They promised us great features and even better results for our company. At first, they told us we were ahead of schedule to push live. This was only because our team was spending 9 hour days doing everything we could to get our products onto their platform. Once all our products were up everything crashed and burned. This is because they couldn't get our account to effectively connect to the apps, programs, and channels we needed most. We were so excited about the QuickBooks connection. When the time came for us to connect to QuickBooks, they told us that the connection was actually in BETA and that we couldn't use it. (ARE YOU KIDDING). This was not mentioned to us before we signed up and QuickBooks was the most important connection to us. If this were the only thing that went wrong we may have stuck with Jazva. The next issue was that we could not manually update our Amazon listings from Jazva because their developers had not mapped out the Beauty category. YOU THINK THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD US THIS BEFORE WE PAID SETUP COSTS!? So now we couldn't use the Amazon connection because all our products are Beauty products. I wish it would've ended there as well. Come to find out our Walmart connection didn't work either. At this point, we had enough. Literally, the only features we wanted were the ones that absolutely did not work. I don't know how they can sell this software if it does not even work. When we told them we were done and wanted a refund they stopped all communication with us. They literally went MIA for 3 days until we kept following up with them. When they FINALLY replied they told us our account had been terminated but no refund possible. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND FIND ANOTHER SOFTWARE SOLUTION.

My review is of the company & the way they treat prospects. It is not a review of the software itself. As a part of my job I integrate eCommerce companies with software like this one for clients. As a result I've researched and vetted no less than half of the OMS' that exist today. The context is important because my experience with Jazva was unique. They're secretive about pricing and the software itself. Some companies are. Typically the procedure for secretive companies is to call for a demo, they show you a demo, at the end of which they discuss how it fits your needs and lastly they tell you the price. Like it or not, it's an honest sales method. Jazva does something completely different. You submit a request for a demo but you don't get a demo. Instead someone calls to vet *you*. Except they don't let you know that's what they're doing. I spent 15 minutes answering all sorts of questions about company strategy & pain points all the while thinking how strange it was to be pumped for information before they've qualified as anything more than a website with promotional material. At the end of the call, the interviewer (?) decided that I couldn't see the software because they didn't offer enough of the features which I said that the client used or wanted. When I insisted that I have a job to do & the only reason that I answered all of those questions was to do a job, the person just reaffirmed that I would not under any circumstance see the software. At this point I gave up on the work component & attempted to reason with him as a person. I explained that it is misleading to offer a demo and instead begin an unprompted & unwelcome questionnaire which does not end in a demo. I just needed to know if he was deliberately or accidentally misleading me & wasting my time. The person reaffirmed once more his reasons why it is not a good fit and ignored what I said.
