Ever since our business switched to Jazva, we have experienced a significant increase in sales and overall growth of our company. Our warehouse procedures and shipping are much more efficient. Jazva was better able to understand our company’s needs and tailored their software to reach our goals. Because Jazva simplified our operations, we were able to shift our focus to marketing and scaling our business.

Their support always goes above and beyond to help us navigate their complex system. Big thumbs up!

Fraudulent company after more than a year of waiting and suffering I am now writing this review, Jazva promised us a working inventory system with connections to our marketplaces and I do not know how they can even sell this software, nothing works. Not even their staff knows how to use their software and it's obvious why because they are constantly going through employees. Jazva's inventory system is so bad that it caused us to lose thousands of dollars in revenue and lost sales as it cannot even track inventory properly across all the marketplaces they promise work. After several months of our time wasted and thousands of dollars gone, we finally had enough and asked for the money we spent back from Jazva, they ignored us and we sued Jazva and WON, Jazva was ordered to pay back the full amount they owed us. I wish that was the end of that but Jazva doesn't even respect the justice system as they still wouldn't pay us after we won the court case against them and we had to involve the Pasadena Sherrif's Office. The Sherrif had to put a bank levy on Jazva's bank account. The CEOs of Jazva Levon Shabagyan and Arman Gukasyan should be ashamed of themselves. You have many options dont work with Jazva, by far the shadiest and worst company we have ever worked with.

Save your money and run. They guys suck so bad. They totally lead you on with a “low price” because their software flat out stinks. Over promise and things don’t work as promised. Integration is buggy and their support is lacking. They literally have one person on support and doesn’t respond quick enough, probably because he is dealing with so many problems at once. Managers are totally incompetent with more empty promises of fixes. Even after cancelling the account, I’m still getting billed. They are so terrible... don’t be fooled by that cheap price. You get what you pay for. Spent over $10k with this crap software and my business could have tripled if I didn’t get suckered by their promises.

The software did not work then the company removed my account because we realized they did not work and they could not help. They keep leading you on for 6 months take your money then leave

We couldn't agree more with other reviews! Don't use Jazva! It is so hard to use, so hard to understand the "mapping," not user-friendly, wasting your time and money. We've been using Jazva since 02/2019. The salesperson and their online demo fooled us. They were super friendly and responsive in the beginning. But you will never get what they promised. We sell stuff on Amazon and eBay, the only thing Jazva can do right is print orders. We signed a year contract and hoping to use Jazva to streamline our tasks, which is the opposite. Our inventory was a mess when we do FBA plans. It takes so many steps to list one item. If you don't do it their way, you will end up with duplicate product IDs; then you have to figure out how to merge them or delete the original listings. It usually takes a couple of days to get one question answered. You must be extremely patient. Otherwise, you will be called unprofessional. Long story short, we were forced to learn the application, had to get used to it to be able to run our business. The reason why we are still using Jazva is that we stuck, because we shared our data with them, and pretty much the back end of our business. Before we find a better solution, we have to use Jazva. But if you are still shopping around, stay away from Jazva, don't even let their salesperson get your emails! If Jazva had google review, they would have been out of business now!

Not sure if Trustpilot will show my previous review, but basically every issue I listed in 2019 got addressed between then and May 2022. I'm sure I could find a few things to complain about, but overall the software has significantly improved over the last few years. I'd recommend it for any business that is utilizing multiple warehouses, and needs advanced order routing features.

Jazva is a program that was designed by an actual business owner who has skin in the game themselves. In other words, this isn't just a program designed by people who think they understand what multi-channel sales entail, but it's made by someone who actually sells across multiple channels. We are using Jazva to run our entire business. We use Jazva to list brand new products onto Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Jet, and our woocommerce site. It immediately syncs inventory when something sells. Our previous solution Skubana.... would sometimes take an hour or more and we would oversell all of the time. We also use Jazva as our WMS, it is extremely robust and has been amazing for our entire warehouse team. Shipping is as simple as it can be, I can process orders in batches including my Seller fulfilled prime orders for Amazon. Reporting is Amazing! Jazva has one of the most complex custom reporting i've ever encountered. If you can think of a report you need, it can be created in Jazva. They also even connect into my Quickbooks account as well. If you need a full suite in one software to help run your business then choose Jazva, you will not be disappointed.
