I believe it works since I can really feel my face muscles get exercised! Just like any parts of your body, when you work out, it gets sore! I can’t wait to use my lvl 2 on my 10th day! I just wish the level 1 didn’t have the melt to fit guard anymore:/

this website is fraud didn't delivered the product and not even gave me shipping details about carrier. their customer service is also just lip service . Even after contacting for numerous times they have not even took up the issue.
