Worst customer support of all time. Awful shipping speeds and no communication. Second time in two orders this has happened. Skip these people.

UPDATE: I was contacted by customer service and they were extremely prompt in first asking where I had sent my queries to so they could look into this CS error then helped in locating the order issue and getting it shipped out asap. Turned out they were out of the color I ordered so I definitely think there should be a notice of this on the website when ordering or even an email after the fact that way you don't feel like you've just been forgotten. But the kind customer service I received has restored my faith in both the product and company. I really was looking forward to originally receiving this product and I am hopeful that after testing out my new product I will be coming back to add more stars to this review! I ordered my product a month ago and received an original confirmation but then never received a shipping notification then I start receiving "please review our product" emails.... well, I have no product to review so that was certainly concerning (and my order page still just says "confirmed"). Then I emailed them on 3 separate occasions and got no response..

I ordered the Jawzrsize on july 26 and to my understanding the shipping process has not even started. This company fail to send the product itself as the shipping details indicated. The product seems effective, but the service is minimal and you have to be prepared to wait for it. I reached Out serval times but last time someone answered me from your support team was on aug. 14. If I write to your live chat they will just re-direct me to your support team who never answers
