Probably one of the worst products I've gotten. Customer service is clueless and gives either automated or just generic answers to specific questions. When it arrived a week after the date they gave me, the product has a big opening in the middle after I did 3 bites. Trash product. Never again.

The jaw exerciser is great. Would be 5, but the lanyard does not work well at all and if the individual starter came with a storage container then it would be a 5.
