I’m sorry to be harsh but you guys are a joke. My delivery was supposed to arrive on a Saturday, it didn’t. I reached out on Sunday for help, none was given. No info at all was provided. I was told they will get back to me in two days. At least you acknowledged my support ticket within 24 hours. Two days passed and I still get no help. I was told to keep waiting that due to covid USPS is slow. Slow wasn’t the problem. My package was clearly lost and you guys provided no help, proper expectations, or solutions. My UPS tracking never updated since a label was created! You guys insisted my order was still coming, it never did. The tracking info proved the order was lost. You guys offered no solution. You guys later provided my USPS tracking after I had to ask for it, this was 5 days after my order was supposed to arrive. It showed USPS never received my order! Are you kidding me? Again, I saw this 5 days after UPS said my order would be delivered! I eventually got a refund. I would’ve preferred to use the product. I would’ve preferred you looked at the evidence my order was lost and replace the product. This was a three week process and a total waste of time. The tracking told us everything and they did nothing.

The product was delivered rather quick even during COVID-19 I’ve been using for about 2 weeks now haven’t really noticed any changes in my jaw yet the reps I have to do is closer to 100 and not the 30-35 the card says my jaw starts getting sore around 80 the travel size one is like chewing a piece of gum. I haven’t used the biggest one yet but I haven’t fit the mouth for it so until I do that I won’t know what the heavy one feels like but the medium one the olive green one is 100 reps for me even when I first got it I hope this works I mean my jaw gets sore while doing the exercise just not after so I’m unsure at the moment if it’s working or not

Aloha, Would request you to follow the instruction shared below, and also to focus on the exercise more and to lessen the reps. Always do sets and reps that work best for you. Rest the face muscles as needed and take days off to let the muscles recover! Add sets and reps where needed too. Mix up workouts as desired. Use in morning, afternoon, evening and before bed. If needed add sets and reps to the desired amount for desired results. You go at your own pace, when you feel it's getting too easy for you. Normally around the 30 day mark. Week 1: 3-4 Sets - 15-30 reps Week 2 : 3-4 Sets - 20-40 reps Week 3: 3-4 sets - 25-60 reps Week 4: 3-4 sets - 25-100 reps Maloha.
