Great Customer Service, Unlike some other on line stores that I dealt with previously, I can say that it was a pleasure to work with your company! When I requested an exchange, you responded promptly in a couple of days personally by phone and also responded swiftly to my query with an email after that!

Excellent customer service
Rebecca from Jawzrsize reached out to me after my initial purchase was not what I expected. She replaced the device no questions asked. You can't get much better customer service than that. The item material is too hard and as I have a front teeth repaired I am afraid I can't use it unless the material is softer.
