I ordered the started kit or whatever but it never arrived. After waiting for two months, the cs apologizes saying the package got lost and sends the package again. The company “route “ they use is terrible. So the next time again, no package after months. This time I try to claim refund and route says the insurance was paid only once and I had to pay it again. So no package and no refund. Just a claimed lost package. Seems like a scam!!

I paid for a complete set a while back and received the set with only the case and the largest mouth piece inside. There was a note inside stating inventory was short and the remaining pieces would be sent soon. Nothing was ever sent and I’ve now reached out to this company 5 times, yet NO email, response, nothing! Dishonest company and terrible customer service.

Very friendly after-sale support team that went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction....can't wait to receive my package and to start seeing results !

This company definitely cares about there customers. There email response was quick, within 10 minutes of my inquiry into a replacement they (Sam) responded back with a solution. There professionalism is a standard that others show follow. Well done !

I had a question over the weekend about a specific color jawzersize was which in my set. I got a reply early the following business day. It was discovered a mistake in my order was found. The same customer service rep has interacted with me several times today to confirm my mailing address is current so the fix can be made. Very professional and courteous. I'm a relatively new customer to Jawzersize but super happy with the customer service side that I've just experienced.

Never purchase this product it is terrible for your health and jaw. Jawzrsize has cause me to develop severe pain and TMJ in my jaw to the point where it’s hard to even eat. Do your jaw a favor and stay far away from this product.

Update: I initially contacted customer service through Jawzrsize’s website, who stated they couldn’t help me. I then went on Instagram and directly messaged them. The customer service on Instagram sent a replacement unit and upgraded to the next level item because they believed the one I initially ordered was too weak for my jaw strength. Original: So I bought my Jawzrsize in October of 2020 and it’s already broken. The rubber material tore apart and it’s useless. I contacted customer service and they told me I was past the 60 day support and they couldn’t do anything for me. What a waste of money.
