The product is great and my jaw is strengthening. Unfortunately you have sent me 2 identical blue pop and go and a dark green pop and go and 1 dark blue custom fit instead of 2. The purple custom fit was not sent. Joe Uyenaka

This is a great product. It really does work! I just wish that Jawzrsize would ensure that the carrier UPS would not be so careless as to not leave packages outside for anyone to steal. Other than that, the product is great! Customer Service is great! I have made several purchases already. I think I am only missing one, and the only reason I haven't ordered it is that I am afraid that the veneers on my frontal teeth may break.

Bothers me that it tastes like rubber. Do not overdo the exercises at the beginning!
Response from JawzrsizeApr 5, 2021
Apologies, your experience did not meet you expectation, all our Jawzrsize products are made of food grade silicon which makes it safe to put in your mouth. And yes, like other body muscles overdoing it in the beginning is not recommended. Thank you. We will contact you shortly to ensure your experience with us gets better.

When the package finally arrived, I found that the mouthpiece didn’t fit the jawzrsize at all. No matter how much I tried, they just didn’t fit! I have now thrown what turns out to be a very expensive box in the bin! Never again!!!

I’d love to help you out with this! That definitely shouldn’t be happening, bite strips usually fit easily, but we understand how frustrating it must be. don't worry, this is our priority and we will resolve this for you at the earliest.
