The instructions that came with the product were printed very small and were vague. I sent an email requesting clarification, and no one contacted me...other than sending me an email to ask what I thought of their non-existent customer service. Really deserve zero stars!

Works the jaw as advertised. Looking forward to a more active jaw for my line of pleasure.

I received my Jawzrsize quickly and in a beautiful box with case, necklace and of course my beginner Jawzrsize. Instructions were included and I took my picture and began yesterday. I can’t believe the difference I feel in my facial muscles already,,, 2 days into my journey, I’m excited to see where I’ll be in 30 days! I’ll update you then. Great product! Thank you!

Firstly, I would like to stress that the stars given is based on my OVERALL experience of using Jawzsize. In fact I have made a re-order. To be fair, the product is amazing. I did see my jawlines becoming more defined. It was easy to use. The most annoying thing, however, using Jawzrsize is that I could not use mine properly about a month receiving it. The reason is the rubber material had a deep split; there was a tear and when I bit on it, it couldnt fit the bite anymore. It was kinda -.-. It was only a month into using this! That was a bumper. I ordered another kit as I did feel that this is useful. If I experience similar problems again, I am sure I wouldnt order again. Conclusion Is this product good? YES! Is this product durable? Nope, for my case Is this product worthy to recommend to your family and friends? Yes Review updated as of 7 Sep 2020 I decided to improve the rating from 3 to 4 stars as of the date stated above. Reason for this update: Jawzrsize saw my review and took the initiative to extend their customer service/support. I appreciate the timely customer service. I was offered a replacement, out of goodwill. To be honest, I am surprised. They did not have to do that as I have already made a re-order. I would like to share that if Jawzrsize continues such good service, it will increase consumers' confidence.

shipped out a used / worn item, so so BAD, CS seems to be taking care of it but WOW what a bad idea during covid.

This product is awesome. Finally something to attain a chiseled jaw line!

I really like that I received my order fairly quickly. I definitely feel the muscles in my face working when I use it. And I even ordered one for my mom and dad.
