I ordered the Jawzrsize product about a month ago. The product didn't arrive and we eventually determined that it had been lost in shipping. The Jawzrcise people promptly refunded my purchase price and sent a new product without charge to compensate for my trouble. If only every merchant handled things this way! High marks for the Jawzrcise team.
