Excellent service. I am impressed with how quickly they responded to my concern and solved the problem. The device that I received was too big for my mouth. This company sent me a smaller size with no charge.

i’ve been using the product for about three weeks and it rubs the roof of my mouth and was making it sore, so i have only used it about 45 seconds a day so no improvement yet. i use the pink one.

Ordered the product about a month ago and hasn't arrived yet. Maybe I'm being impatient but seems others have also had this issue where it takes a really long time to arrive ir the item doesn't arrive at all?

Wow!! Fastest delivery on anything I've bought on the internet. Ordered on day X and came the next day O.O Product came in a newly designed box (use to come in a plastic encasement) In the future, I'm hoping they step up the resistance, maybe 80lbs?
