When I ordered, it didn’t seem like it went through and I modified the order and submitted it again. I was able to contact your customer service department and they removed the extra charge and modified the order to what I wanted. They were very responsive and helpful.

I bought the beginner model and followed the 30 day daily plan. I experienced significant shifts in my jawline/neck/and facial muscles. I’m 47 and receive compliments all the time since the 30 plan. I’ve also noticed that my jaw no longer clicks. There’s a glow to my face as well as a natural lift to my cheekbones&eyes. If you are on the fence about this product go for it.

This is a scam site. Loads of people have never received the product, have been promised refunds or reshipments, that never appear. They use fake tracking numbers and fake receipts under different names, so that when you make a claim, they gaslight you and say that tracking shows that you received the package, or that it was a different company, even though it is ordered from their same Facebook page. They most likely use fake positive reviews as well. This is fraud. They deserve criminal charges. AVOID at all costs.

Unfortunately, with every great idea comes imitators. Yes, there are other companies and websites that offer a similar workout device with similar claims, and as a result, some people who intended to order from Jawzrsize have instead placed their order with other companies. In those instances, there is unfortunately nothing we can do. Yes, during the early stages of the current global pandemic, many packages from many companies, including Jawzrsize, were lost in shipping. We have replaced and are continuing to replace lost packages free of charge. Customers wishing a refund are provided a refund in full. Any refunds we are notified of that have not processed have been promptly reprocessed. Even if tracking shows that the package was delivered, if our customer advises us that they have not received it, our policy is to verify shipping information, then immediately ship a replacement or provide a refund, which ever is preferred. We handle any lost package claim that must be made to the shipper, we do not ask that of our customers. In short, we are attempting to make every accomodation to assist our friends on Team #JAWZRSIZE :). We eagerly look forward to an opportunity to change your opinion of us!
