Mike kept in touch with me and was helpful and professional.

I’m from Delaware, called Sam about a transmission and he gave me awesome information. Was very helpful and even though I didn’t purchase from him, he still was kind and ready to assist and point me in the right direction. Sam is great!

Really answered all my questions about the motor sent pics before shipping and arrived before delivery date. Good place and people

All, I want anyone that’s looking for a replacement part to know that these guys are the best and they get on it. They helped me find a telematics control unit for my 2004 BMW 530i that I couldn’t get through the dealer because the part was on back order. I had been waiting for this part for a couple years and they found it within a couple days of initial contact. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that’s trying to find used OEM replacement parts. The majority of my contact was primarily text, but I didn’t feel there was a lack of communication. You will not be disappointed.

Very on point and helpful. Very prompt and clear with information 👌

Awesome customer service, timely delivery with tracking and great fellowship!

Mike was very attentive and helpful. I searched for a door mirror for my 1999 Mercedes and just a couple days later, Mile called to let me know he found one for me. He made sure he had the exact item that I needed. The transaction went smoothly and I received my mirror a week later. Thank you so so much. Highly recommended!!!

The service was quick. They went way out of their way to get the best part for my needs. The parts were exactly as described and worked perfectly for me. I will buy from them again. Bruce
