I had a horrible experience with Jack Auto parts
I had a horrible experience! At the beginning they were quick to offer the part at a great price, then they asked me to sign and initial documents quickly while on the call with them for them to proceed with the order. Verbally, Henry told me that my part, rear differential, had a one year guarantee. Perfect! It took almost 2 weeks for the part to arrive and it took me almost 2 months to have it put on. Timing was an issue between me and my mechanic. Then the big day came and finally my car was being repaired…. At the end of the installation when my mechanic tried my car, he realized that the part was damaged. It had water inside and that was just the beginning of my nightmare. I immediately called them to make them aware of the issue. That’s when Joseph tells me that I was supposed to have the part installed within 14 days of arrival and that I only had 60 days guarantee!!! Talked to them on 5/24, part arrived 6/5 and was installed 8/1. They were going back to 5/24 as when my guarantee started, which is incorrect because it wasn’t on my possession. Anyways, from there until 9/1, a whole month I called and I was bounced between agents like a ping back. Joseph sent me to David, Elvis, the supervisor, also sent me to David and Joseph. At the end both Joseph and Elvis hid from me and David was the one who finally helped me get my refund and gave me the right information about how to ship back the part. They are terrible! I would never recommend this place, not even to my worse enemy!
After I wrote my first review and expressed how dissatisfied I feel with this place I was expecting a call and an apology minimum. I did received a call from the “manager”. He started great by asking more details about what happened. The least I was expecting was an apology and for him to tell me that more training will be provided so other people don’t go through the same experience. He apologized, then he offered me a 25% discount for a future order as long as I remove my negative review. Now everything makes sense. He buys other people bad reviews with 25% off but not mine. I am not planning on returning! I counted how many calls I made in a spam of a month and it was 31 calls! I’m sure I missed some more. I wasn’t able to use my car for 21 days due to the lack of communication from them, I had to call over and over to find out what to do and how to proceed with my return and they delayed the process to that extent! Wrong directions on what to do. I have emails and texts from them that proof everything! Don’t let them fool you with the 4.7 star review. Is not real! They suck! Terrible experience!

⭐ 1 STAR — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE
I strongly DO NOT recommend JASK Auto Parts based on my experience.
I have been trying to purchase an engine for my 2018 Honda CR-V for more than a month, and this has been one of the most frustrating automotive purchasing experiences I have ever had.
At the beginning, the salesperson team member was calling me every single day to follow up and ask when I would complete the purchase after I had been approved for financing. Once I was finally ready to move forward and completed the purchase, the communication and customer service changed completely.
After the purchase, I was informed that I would have to transfer parts from my old engine to the replacement engine. This was not what had been agreed upon when I purchased the engine, and this unexpected issue has delayed the shipment of my engine by almost two additional weeks. Meanwhile, my Honda CR-V is still sitting unrepaired.
What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of communication. I have tried calling JASK Auto Parts repeatedly, but no one answers the phone. I was previously contacted constantly before the sale, but it has now stopped communicating with me after purchasing. Is that way as Jask Auto Part operates?
I have had to escalate the situation through emails just to get answers, and responses can take more than 24 hours, often without providing a clear update or resolution regarding my purchase.
This is extremely frustrating when you are dealing with an expensive and essential vehicle repair. The level of attention before the sale was completely different from the customer service I received after the sale.
If you are considering purchasing an engine from JASK Auto Parts, I strongly recommend that you get everything in writing and confirm exactly what is included before paying. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this company to friends, family, or anyone else.
Very poor communication, very poor follow-up, and an extremely inconvenient purchasing experience.
JASK Auto Parts: 1/5. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with your 2018 Honda CR-V engine order.
We understand how upsetting it is to have your vehicle sitting unrepaired while waiting for an engine, particularly after you had already gone through the financing and purchasing process. We also understand your concern about the difference you experienced in communication before and after the sale.
Regarding the engine, we regret that there was a misunderstanding regarding which components would need to be transferred from your original engine. We recognize that this was not what you expected when placing the order and that resolving the issue resulted in an additional delay. We should have made the requirements and what was included with the replacement engine much clearer before the purchase was completed.
We also apologize for the difficulty you experienced reaching our team and for delays in receiving updates. You should not have had to repeatedly follow up or escalate through email simply to receive information about your order. Regardless of the circumstances, we understand that timely and clear communication is especially important when a customer's vehicle is waiting for repair.
To answer your question directly: No, this is not how Jask Auto Parts Inc intends to operate. Our responsibility to the customer does not end once an order is placed. We strive to provide consistent support throughout the entire process, and in this case, we clearly fell short of that standard.
We appreciate your feedback regarding confirming exactly what is included before purchasing. Transparency about the part, its specifications, required components, and the shipping process is important, and your experience highlights areas where we need to improve.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused you. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention and giving Jask Auto Parts Inc the opportunity to review where we could have handled your order better.

I reached out to this company for an…
I reached out to this company for an engine on the march 5th they told me my engine will ship 7-10days. I received two emails at like 2:30am claiming my order was processing and it was from jaskautopart. 2 days go pass and I received another email at 2:30am saying the same thing. Then I looked closely at the email it was automated generated email. Then I called them the next day to inquire about my engine( keep in mind I never identified myself to the customer service rep however when he said he was calling me back when he talked to his mechanic. I then asked how and reminded him that I never identified myself but he was sure I was me anywho I started pressing him about my engine, photos, mileage, where the was originally from, when can I see it I’m will never pay for something I never seen…we go back and forth for like 2 mins and he just keep saying you think we trying to scam you I replied yea that’s the feeling I’m getting so cancel my order I don’t the engine nor that weak financial lease that was sure to get more money then the part is worth. Ok so, now He then email me screenshots of an engine. Yes screenshots. I asked for other pictures of the engine he then proceeded to tell me the mechanic has it wrapped up and ready for shipping. The only picture you sent was screenshots all with different (png numbers 121, 134, 162) and you could have copied them from the web to further stall me until you found an engine for me. Which is exactly what they were doing.. Now I’m at work and keep in mind I’m thinking about this issues all day at even asked some of my peers some question and they was giving me the same answer with different details of the story. I called the company who was going to back the lease and they had no proof or information about my lease but I still had the approval email and paperwork. Just nothing on the engine it self that was in someone possession. So moving forward I then call the next day to cancel everything the order and the lease. His name was Paul so he claimed he was still trying to convince me to keep it and was trying to charge me a restocking fee of 25% for a part they never had I told no that not going to happen and it didn’t but however he mentioned again and again that I was thinking this was a scam and all they part are OEM AND TESTED BEFORE SHIPPING. So I countered with this question who told y'all to test a engine that was never approved by me to buy. Crickets filled the phone call. Now he’s backtracking and want to call me back again.. hmmmmmm no buddy don’t call me just cancel it I told the leasing company do pay them I’m telling to you to cancel it so do it. He then told me he don’t have drivers on the weekend( Saturday was the day I cancel it) all of a sudden he called his driver an guess what the order was stopped in transit( ghost driver maybe 🤔) BOTTOM LINE THIS COMPANY IS A CROCK OF SHIT AND YES WHAT YOU READ ON THE REVIEWS ARE REAL THEY JUST WANT THE MONEY AND WILL LIE AND BACKTRACK AND LIE AGAIN TO YOU STAY LOCAL WHEN BUYING EXPENSIVE PARTS. And most importantly do your research throughly. BUYERS BEWARE THIS COULD’VE BEEN A VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON TO LEARN

Very Looooong story short
Very Looooong story short, I would describe my experience with Jask auto parts as sketchy AF. I purchased an engine with 54,000 miles, than it was 59,000 miles. When I asked for paperwork verifying the mileage for resale, I got a lot of excuses. Finally I informed them that if the mileage was unable to be verified, the engine was literally worthless. That's when I was told they had plenty with 150,000 to 200,000 miles available. literally double the mileage of the engine I had already purchased 7 days prior. So now they have my $2,000.00 for an engine that they don't even possess that I purchased. I keep getting the run around and demanded a refund. I have no patience for this crap, I'm calling the BBB next and posting this on FB and everywhere else immediately following posting this here. Don't believe anything they tell you, it's all a scam!

We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused and truly appreciate your feedback. At Jask Auto Parts Inc., transparency is very important to us. Unfortunately, the original engine with the lower mileage was no longer available at the time of fulfillment, which is why we offered an alternative with slightly higher mileage. We understand that, as a paying customer, this may feel like an excuse, and we want to be clear that this is not intended to justify your experience.
We genuinely regret that your experience did not meet expectations. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly if there are any outstanding concerns that still need to be addressed. Based on our records, the refund was processed promptly, and we hope this helped resolve that aspect of the situation.
We once again apologize for your experience and hope to serve you better in the future.

This company is very unprofessional
This company is very unprofessional, they will lie to you and this one guy that’s there will act like the supervisor then the mechanic then back to the salesman . Tell you the will provide you with a tracking number and never does . This is a warning to save you time and heart ache . This company is not it !!!!!
Response from Jask Auto Parts Inc.Feb 11, 2026
We apologize for the experience you described.
Per your request, the order was cancelled prior to the part being shipped. Because your transaction was set up through a Buy Now, Pay Later financing provider, and the part was never shipped, Jask Auto Parts Inc. did not receive funding for this order.
If any service fees were applied by the financing company, those charges would be related to their financing agreement and are separate from Jask Auto Parts, as we did not process payment for the part itself.
That said, we understand how frustrating situations like this can be. While the financing charges are outside of our control, we regret that the overall experience did not meet expectations. This is not the level of service we strive to provide.
If there is anything further we can clarify or assist with, please feel free to contact us directly. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

Read all the fine print before you buy
Read all the fine print before you buy. I purchased a used motor for a 2002 chevy avalanche. I was told that this motor had 68k miles on it and had it at their warehouse in Detroit. I read the warranty and called them back. I told them I didn't want a motor with a ton of milage. They told me I would get the motor as promised and the compression was 180psi in each cylinder. I received the motor covered in grime. the yellow tag from the salvage yard had the vin # from the donor vehicle. I looked it up and the motor had 205285 miles indicated. Two exhaust manifold bolts were broken off. The spark plugs had dirt and rust where they thread into the motor. So no compression test was done. The motor runs but has a lifter knock for 10 seconds after you start it up. They could have at least been honest about the milage. I don't recommend this company. One of there representatives from their company called me on Dec 11th and asked me if I was satisfied with the motor. I said no and why and the man told me he would call me back in a few minutes. Still waiting. I suggest doing what they do. Call salvage yards until you find what your looking for and have them ship it to you. At least they will tell you the verified milage on the part. I wish I could upload pictures of this motor. Their website states that you should get pictures of the engine. That would give you some idea of the milage and problems. There staff was polite. That's all I will give them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction and understand how frustrating this situation must have been.
We’d like to clarify that all engines we sell are used OEM parts, sourced from professional recyclers. Mileage details are provided based on the information available at the time of procurement. While we make every reasonable effort to verify details through visual inspection and basic checks, used engines especially those from vehicles over 20 years old can show signs of age, handling, and storage. Surface grime, seized or broken bolts, and the need to replace routine wear items such as spark plugs or gaskets are common and expected with used engines of this age.
Regarding mileage, VIN tags from donor vehicles may reflect the vehicle’s odometer reading and not necessarily the mileage of the engine itself. In some cases, engines may have been replaced earlier in the vehicle’s life, or the numbers referenced may be internal stock or tag identifiers used by recyclers. As such, these numbers do not represent guaranteed engine mileage.
With respect to compression testing, results can vary depending on the testing method, environment, and whether the engine is tested in-vehicle or on a stand. Minor startup noise such as brief lifter noise can also occur on engines that have been sitting and often resolves once oil circulation is fully restored. Compression testing is not something we advertise, promise, or guarantee, and compression values are not included as part of the sale.
We apologize if you feel a follow-up call was missed; that is not the experience we strive to provide. While we respect your decision to share your opinion, we do stand by our processes, disclosures, and the fact that our team remained polite and professional throughout the interaction.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve communication and continue setting clear expectations when it comes to used automotive parts.
