My experience was great Jake was awesome, I went back and forth with a lot of concerns he answered most. I was not able to get the VIN for the transmission I bought hence the 4 star. I can't give a 5 star yet cause I only had the transmission installed 3 days ago works so far. As of now I would buy from them again.

Nigel was very helpful in the transaction to obtain a refund for a transmission. The part did not last very long and I requested a refund rather than a replacement. The process took a little longer than I had hoped but he came through.

I ordered the engine and it was delivered right on the day I was told. The salesman that I was dealing with was very helpful a kept in touch with me. He even sent me pictures of the motor for my approval. I have not gotten it installed yet due to the holidays but should have it done right after the 4th. When the mechanic comes back from vacation. I will write more after I get it installed an see it running. Right now it’s still in the crate wrapped up. The mechanic was impressed by the way it was packaged. He said that he didn’t see any obvious damage to it right now.
