I ordered a pcm and it came fine but doesn’t work and I asked about returning and was told that I needed to get it flashed. I understood that because I sent part number and vin that it was supposed to be ready to go. So I went today to get it flashed and was told that my truck was too old for the program. So now I’m just out almost $500. Flashing was going to be another almost $300. ☹️

Nigel was very helpful in the transaction to obtain a refund for a transmission. The part did not last very long and I requested a refund rather than a replacement. The process took a little longer than I had hoped but he came through.

Update; Customer service is terrific and would definitely recommend JASK Ordered a 50k mile engine that showed up with every sensor broken. Timing chain was so stretched it wouldn't start or run. Would not recommend due to lack of care to engine and packaging. No updates from shipping.

Do not order from Jask! Unreliable! Salesperson said his name was Mark. Promised to ship my part so that I would have it within 5 days. I paid in full. Waited 7 days, still didn't receive it. Called back and spoke with Mark again. He said UPS had a problem last week. It sounded very unbelievable. I could tell he was just making up excuses. If there was a UPS issue, he could have notified me of the delay. He admitted it hadn't shipped yet. I was not happy. I was going to cancel the order. But "Mark" assured me that he would ship the part immediately even if it cost him extra shipping so that I would have it by Monday (4 more days). I agreed. The next day, I asked Mark to provide me with the UPS tracking number. He said he wasn't at his computer but would get it to me soon. Of course I never heard back from him. Monday rolls around, no delivery AND I get a canceled order email notification. Really? Couldn't we have just done this last week? Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not use Jask and definitely do not work with "Mark".

Helped me solve the part not working on my recently purchased motor and compensate me.

I bought a 650i BMW motor for around $4600.00. I was told that the motor had been inspected and that it was in excellent condition. The motor arrived on time. My mechanic installed the motor for $2,000. After installation , the motor was smoking. Took the motor to the BMW for diagnostic. They found out that the vanos solenoid was bad . I hade it replaced for $3200. Sent the bill to Jask. They claimed that this is not a part of the block and head warranty . Now mind you, the motor still smokes. Had it diagnosed by 2 BMW mechanics. The valve seals are bad. Estimated cost $ 9000. A Jask rep was on the phone 3 way with BMW and myself. Jask rep told BMW to sent the estimate to them. Now they are saying that the valves are covered by the warranty. So , Jask wants me pay a mechanic $2000 to ship it back to them for them to keep my motor, charge me a 25% restock fee and reimburse the difference to me. So , I spent $4600 for the motor, $2000 for installation, $3200 to replace the vanity solenoid, that’s nearly $ 10,000 dollars that I have spent on this motor. Jask is only suggesting that I pay another $2000 for the mechanic to pull the motor sent it back to them they charge me 25% stock fee then give me the balance. This is a crazy rip off. I ask to drive the car to them and they can check the motor themselves but they declined.
