I have been waiting for more than a month for a part to be replaced or reimbursed . The part was sent with the wrong part number and does not fit the car. Always the same !!! I call 2 times a week and the part is supposed to be on its way and there is no tracking number sent, although it is offered, and no part received. ORDER NUMBER IS 5758 Very bad service!!!

Great service

The engine in my Cadillac Escalade ESV developed an engine knock, so I searched the internet and found JASK Auto. I contacted the company and gave the rep the VIN and some other details they needed to find an engine. He promised to call me back within 24 hours when they located a suitable engine with less than 80k miles and quoted me a price of $5330. A few days go by, no news. I call the company, got a different rep who said the 1st guy was new and didn't know what he was doing. 2nd guy promises me a lower mileage engine, for an extra $1000. I threatened to cancel the order because it had been a week and they have my money and still have no idea when I will receive the engine. 2nd rep promises to send me photos of engine and test it before shipping it out the next day. I approve the photos, and the next day we get a tracking # from the trucking company with an estimated delivery date of Tuesday (we're into 1.5 weeks at this point from order to delivery). The good news is that the engine was delivered on Friday instead of Tuesday. Bad news was that we weren't home, so I asked a friend to come over and make sure everything was okay to sit out until we got home on Sunday. When we got the Cadillac and the engine to the repair shop for inspection, the engine with "48k" miles had 3 broken exhaust studs and silicone oozing out of the bottom end, like someone had done prior repair work. There was no way that this engine had been tested before being shipped. Once the shop installed and started it, the engine ran very rough, wouldn't idle properly, has a slight lifter rattle, and all the oil ran out the oil pan. New oil pan was ordered and installed, old pan was smashed and wouldn't seal. We found out that the engine was a Flex Fuel - our Cadillac wasn't equipped with a Flex Fuel, which requires different high-pressure fuel sensors for the fuel rails. The exhaust manifold had to be removed, studs replaced and new exhaust gasket installed. We were quoted 28 hours to remove and replace the engine according to the repair books. With all the extra work, we ate probably 8 extra labor hours. We were told that we will have 6 months warranty coverage, and I hope we don't have to use it so I'm crossing my fingers at this point. I wish I could recommend JASK, but I can't based on my experience.
