These guys have been dependable in the past, but my most recent purchase went very wrong. The part they sent me looked beat up, rusty, and dirty. My mechanic and I refused to put the part on the truck. When I called about the condition of the part and explained that I was returning it, I was told to not return it and if I did they would charge me closed to 400 dollars. So they told me they would penalized me for returning a part they sent me in poor condition. After a few days they decided they didn't want the part and told me to keep it. Oh I forgot to explain, I financed this part and was stuck with the Bill. I ended up giving my truck away due to Jask Auto Parts sending me a dirty, rusty, and poorly conditioned part. I'll never use them again. Buyer beware!! Please ask them about their return policy and the fee you pay if you decide to return a part.

I was assisting a customer who had purchased a transmission from Jask. Initially, the team seemed willing to help, acknowledging the issue and indicating they might replace the transmission since it was only slightly out of warranty. I submitted all the requested information via email and made it clear I was assisting the customer directly. Despite being told I would receive a call back, no one ever followed up. For over two months, I continued to call, only to be sent to voicemail every time—with no return calls. Now that the transmission is several months out of warranty, the original email thread has disappeared, even though multiple employees previously confirmed its existence. To make matters worse, I was just informed that only the original customer can speak with them, something that was never mentioned in the beginning. This entire experience gives the impression that they are deliberately avoiding responsibility. They refuse to refund or replace the defective transmission, and the level of communication and service has been extremely poor. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Jask. They sell unreliable transmissions and fail to support their customers when problems arise.
