Ordered an engine and after they fully inspected it decided to send out a faulty engine with no compression that didn’t auto. I have ask them to get the part back and claim they can not get it within the warranty period. They refused to give me my money back. They have been giving me the run around and now I am taking legal action. This company is one big scam!!! How do you send an engineer out and have a 60 day warranty. The engine was requested to be returned a week after. It’s been almost four months and still nothing.

Ms. Mally, this review is truly unfortunate and does not reflect the facts of the situation. We honored our warranty and provided you with a replacement engine after you claimed the first one was defective. You later reported issues with the replacement as well, and while we were in the process of verifying that claim, we also attempted to retrieve the engine to issue you a full refund. However, you have repeatedly been unavailable, and our attempts to reach you have gone unanswered or only intermittently addressed. We have arranged multiple pickup attempts, and each time the trucks returned because the engine was not made available. We have made every reasonable effort to resolve this promptly and professionally. Unfortunately, your review does not reflect the extensive communication and support we have provided throughout this process. If you are willing to complete the return so we can finalize the refund, please contact us at 616-341-7005 or [email protected]

Transmission was no good! The company was inform and gave me run around. I'm stuck with a bad transmission. I do not recommend......
Response from Jask Auto Parts Inc.Dec 2, 2025
We’re truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the transmission that’s never the experience we want for any customer. We understand how stressful and frustrating vehicle problems can be. We did look into your case, but the part was already outside the warranty period when the issue was reported. Because of that, we were unable to proceed with a warranty claim or provide further assistance under the policy. We know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we genuinely wish the situation had been different. If you need any clarity on our warranty terms or have questions in the future, you’re welcome to reach out to us at 616-341-7005 or [email protected]

I bought an engine for my 2009 Lincoln town car from this company. It came in damaged. The damages were several hundred dollars they offer me $150 is a complete settlement and that’s the best they would do and they were not very good about it and I haven’t got the money yet.
Response from Jask Auto Parts Inc.Dec 2, 2025
We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. We did review the damage claim thoroughly, and the compensation offered was based on the inspection, the type of damage, and what was covered under the warranty terms. It was never our intention to make the process difficult, and we apologize if it felt that way. Regarding the reimbursement, it is already in process and will be issued as promised. If there is any delay or if you need an update, please reach out to us at 616-341-7005 or [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist.
