We used the. To help find us a rearend for a jeep at cost us 1700.00 to pay them it took a month to finally get and when we got we had to put about 300.00 more out .the abs cable was broke then there were so.e bad bushings which we had to buy we didn't any kind of paperwork with the rearend like we were told would be with it they sent me a email 2 days after it was delivered saying it still getting ready to be shipped I would think as long as it took that there would not ha e had anything wrong with it but it's here and put in so I hope everything is ok we would call and always get the samstory that their mechanic was checking it out

We understand that after spending $1,700 and waiting approximately a month for delivery, you expected the part to arrive in satisfactory condition, with the necessary paperwork and accurate shipping updates. Having to spend an additional $300 on a broken ABS cable and worn bushings would understandably add to your disappointment. We also recognize your concerns about receiving inconsistent updates, particularly being told that the part was still being prepared for shipment even after it had already been delivered. That is not the level of communication we strive to provide, and we understand how this could undermine your confidence in the process. Ordered engine for ‘03 Avalon. From the beginning Jask was very communicative and informed me every step of the way. When I received engine I found it had been slightly damaged in transit. I called Jask and spoke with Joseph. He was not only understanding of the issues but worked with me on a solution satisfactory to me and then followed thru on ensuring I had the parts that were damaged and reimbursed me for what I spent to acquire needed parts. I would definitely recommend utilizing their service again!
