Let me start with this concept is a great one. Everyone should have extra and emergency medications available. The customer service is excellent. Easy to order medications. Thorough on assessing medical history. But, I have ordered through Jace several times. If you order be sure to compare the expiration dates on your Pharmacy labeled medication to the actual expiration dates on the box. I have checked 12 labeled medications and none of the expiration dates on the label match the actual expiration dates on the box. Example: pharmacy label on Azithroycin says discard by 11/03/2025 the box shows Exp 2026-Oct. 2 other Azithromycin Rx had the discard date 1 year before whats labeled on the medication itself. Oseltamivir/Tamiflu discard by 01/06/2026, the box Exp: 07/2027. Other medications with which the Pharmacy label did not match the box were Prednisone, Loperamide, Diphenhydramine, Benzodent dental cream. I'm a Nurse and this is unacceptable. They are clearly either trying to get the patient to reorder before the medications are actually expired or the Pharmacy is incompitent.

Very helpful staff with questions. Anne helped with everything and I’m pleased with my Jase case. I have allergic reactions to some meds and they replaced them with other meds. This made me happy. I didn’t want to pay for things I couldn’t use. The people at Jase will work with you when have an issue. This is an inexpensive way to prepare.

Anne was very helpful in tracking my order through the entire process. She was very responsive, and when there was a slight delay she corrected the issue and provided me with regular updates.

they took my money and then told me they could not prescribe the medication. Well? When will I get my refund was the follow up question. Still no response.

Absolutely outstanding customer service and excellent communication. I was contacted by text from the physician that reviewed my order. Later I was contacted by the customer service team with an update on my oder based on physician review. I was notified when my order shipped and when it arrived. My oder arrived fast, secure, and safe. I will be sharing this excellent service in our company's monthly preparedness blog. Thank you!
