Let me start with this concept is a great one. Everyone should have extra and emergency medications available. The customer service is excellent. Easy to order medications. Thorough on assessing medical history. But, I have ordered through Jace several times. If you order be sure to compare the expiration dates on your Pharmacy labeled medication to the actual expiration dates on the box. I have checked 12 labeled medications and none of the expiration dates on the label match the actual expiration dates on the box. Example: pharmacy label on Azithroycin says discard by 11/03/2025 the box shows Exp 2026-Oct. 2 other Azithromycin Rx had the discard date 1 year before whats labeled on the medication itself. Oseltamivir/Tamiflu discard by 01/06/2026, the box Exp: 07/2027. Other medications with which the Pharmacy label did not match the box were Prednisone, Loperamide, Diphenhydramine, Benzodent dental cream. I'm a Nurse and this is unacceptable. They are clearly either trying to get the patient to reorder before the medications are actually expired or the Pharmacy is incompitent.

Thank you for your comment! One quick note of clarification: All U.S. pharmacies are legally required to put an expiration date of one year from the day the medication was dispensed. Our pharmacy at Jase is no exception. This may differ from what the manufacturer date is on the medication. The prescription itself cannot be valid for more than one year. I hope this helps clarify things. For any additional questions, we're happy to help at [email protected]

It would be so much more helpful to allow antibiotics to be bought separately. Buying a bunch at once just doesn’t work when not everyone can take all of the 6 listed. I sure didn’t buy the 6 antibiotics all at once and was disappointed when the company rep said it wasn’t possible. I can buy my blood pressure medicine for a yr, why not antibiotics that I use for sinus infections? I believe there are 6 different antibiotics. If Jase wants to sell 6, why can’t I pick and choose the 6 I want to buy? I don’t have a need for the 6 different ones listed, but I could easily order 2-3 different ones that would total 6, would that be possible??? Thanks, Carleen Dempsey

Great question! The Jase Case Base kit was designed specifically by our Physicians as what we feel every person should have on hand to protect them against a wide range of very common bacterial infections. We then also allow additional medications to be added per your unique needs with “add-on” medications like Epipens, Ivermectin and many other options. At this moment, we are unable to sell our antibiotics individually. For more of an isolated UseCase scenario, check out new line of UseCase options for UTI, Dental, Go, (and soon Gout and Cruise).
