Everything is done well and clearly, even for foreigners. Each lesson gives new stuff to study.Video lessons, tabs, and chords are explained and prepared very well for revising and hardening new materials. Moreover jamplay offers awesome stuff for almost each sort of guitar style, explained carefully and simply easy to understand.I would recommend to everyone such a marvellous guitar learning site.

Save your money....there are better resources available for free.
I signed up for JamPlay, and started working through basic guitar lessons. I found all three of the instructors that I tried to be long-winded, rambling, and lacking in direction when it came to WHAT a beginner should be practicing in order to build skills.
Additionally, I found the player to be clunky and counter-intuitive, and requires signing in repeatedly....which means putting my guitar down to pick up my keyboard.
I brought this to the attention of JamPlay support, and other than telling me "we have lots of instructors" and "we are planning to update the player but I cant tell you when" they offered zero actual support, suggestions, or assistance.
I have actually found better resources available for free on YouTube....so save your money.

Hello Todd,
We're very sorry to hear that you are not happy with your experience. I'd like to try to help you out and make things right!
The first thing I can offer is a complementary service with our Lead Instructor, Chris Liepe. Basically, he will communicate with you via e-mail, Skype or chat and get information on your current skill level and your goals. Then he will put together an entire series of lessons on our site which will guide you to where you want to be. He will also be available via private message to help with tweaks to the plan and helping you get over your roadblocks along the way.
Our customer service representative was right, we do have different instructors with different teaching styles, but we'd be happy to find the instructor that works for you, or create a custom plan that makes use of multiple instructors.
We also have instructors available live on our chat between 6 and 10 hours per day who could help you out in real time should you get stuck, in addition to weekly live courses. There's almost always someone available.
As far as the logging in, the best advice we can offer right now is to make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome or Firefox, as up-to-date browsers do not tend to suffer the same issue. We are aware that a small group of users are experiencing this issue and working to resolve it. I don't have an ETA, but it's being fixed.
Please don't hesitate to contact me directly if you need anything.

Very good website
Very good website. I found a guitar teacher that teaches me the way I need to learn. My only request would be to teach a little more about common lead and song riffs that are typically used in music and can be patched together for a more complete riff. Even though the student may not understand all the theory that goes along with it, everybody wants to pick up a guitar in a music store and play something cool. I've taken a break from lessons to do this. I'm using the internet to find songs that I want to learn without having to pay for it. It maybe in the lessons somewhere and I just haven't found it yet although I have looked. The only thing I found that was close costs 30 dollars. Still, this is an excellent website. Keep it up!

Hi Kevin,
Thank you very much for the feedback! Have you tried taking a look at the Phase 3 section? That is where we focus specifically on songs.
Some of the instructors also integrate very cool licks, riffs and play along sections in there lessons. Instructors like Will Ripley and David Isaacs are great examples.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if there is anything further I can do to help you out.

Jamplay's HIGH QUALITY video presentations on the screen in front of you is like attending a music school, but better, as it is one on one and you literally form a bond with your teacher. No Matter what age, anyone who loves guitar music and harboured a secret passion to play can make it happen with Jamplay.
Jamplay is SIMPLY THE BEST!

My last interaction was a webinar. I usually do not care for inspirational music. (does this mean I'm going to Hell?) However, I completely enjoyed this session. You guys rock!
