I have so much to say…first, the James Michelle pieces are beautiful! They are of upmost quality. I have purchased multiple pieces and get compliments on them constantly. I wear them everywhere! I have purchased pieces for co-workers and for my daughter. Again, the pieces have incredible quality and are just beautiful in design. I just dealt with their Customer Service Department for the first time and I am blown away by their kindness, efficiency, promptness and the fact that they TRULY stand by their word on their pieces. That alone, should make anyone a repeat customer. Teodora, was a blessing. You can tell James Michelle takes the time to train their people correctly. Teodora, went above and beyond with her kindness and exceed my simple expectations 10 fold! Thank you again for the wonderful customer service and the joy your well crafted, well thought out, BEAUTIFUL pieces bring to all those who get to wear them. Sincerely, J. Robb
