We had a free call before paying for their services. Once we paid, onboarding was fast and very clear. Multiple team members promptly answered all my questions.
We had an initial call with James Baker, during which we explained what we needed. After that, his team took over the process, which ran smoothly.
Our LLC was formed, and our online bank account opened within two months (the LLC registered much sooner than the two-month mark).
I'm still their customer, as I'm on a monthly plan.

I'm sorry you had such a bad experience. If you would have shared this with me I would have quickly worked with you to fix this issue.
I hate to hear when clients don't have the best experience.
Regarding your comments about the service they all seem like simple things to fix and some small miscommunications or misunderstandings.
We always send forms to clients to be reviewed before sending, and because of the complicated nature of how addresses are written all over the world, this is something we need to confirm before filing.
It looks likes this was done for you.
I wouldn't call these errors as we sent the form to you to review and confirm.
I think based on your comments and experience the repeated use of beware was a little extreme as well since we did actually resolve and file everything correctly.
