Great service! I highly recommend JB CPA service. Unbeatable response time, and they always take the time to provide clear, detailed answers to all of my questions. They are incredibly knowledgeable and will definitely be my new accounting firm from now on.

This is a complete scam. As a non-resident founder - i was looking for a solution that could get me payment processor and banking access. I scheduled a 30 minute free call with a certain Moises Uzcategui and explained the business model, also the fact that we are considered a high risk business and a MCC 7273 classified company. They didn't have a solution then so they asked me to write everything down and promised to revert. They reverted in two days and said we cannot guarantee a payment processor but if you schedule a $250 call (discounted from $500) then James Baker himself can speak with you and find a solution. i happily obliged. Meeting with James baker started and the first thing i hear is that , sorry we've read what have shared about your business and we don't have a solution. While $250 isn't such a problem, it is the dishonest approach to doing business that is. Knowing full well that they cannot solve a problem, they decided to spin the yarn just a bit and pocket the money for absolutely nothing.

My friend please email me and I'll refund you. Sometimes the team will suggest a call with me if they are unsure whether we can help or not. If someone does a call with me and it isn't helpful or we can't help I'm happy to do a refund. I just have to do paid calls so I'm only talking with serious people. Sorry you had this experience but I think there was just a miscommunication I can do the refund right away I just didn't see this.

James and his whole team are fantastic. Not only do the organise the whole process with setting up your company, they really keep on top of everything and more importantly follow up with you to make sure you as the owner are informed of special timelines and deadlines if you are unaware. For someone like me who is constantly juggling a lot they keep you in check. Highly recommend and worth the price for the value add.

The team was helpful throughout the process, and I appreciated receiving confirmation for my records. Thank you to the whole team for the support.
