This was my first time purchasing a Jaliza unit. I wanted to have braids for a vacation and needed an option that saved me time and money. I have enjoyed my box braids with the ability to switch up if it’s too hot. Also, the level of Jaliza customer service and support is next level. They are attentive and willing to address issues and concerns to the satisfaction of their customers. Their responses are prompt and their shipping is fast too!

I cannot give a review on the wig. I never received it. I ordered it in June, but never got it. The shipping was terrible. However, customer service was excellent. They always responded to my emails with an effort to help solve my issue. They investigated and resent the order. I never got that one either. They were very polite in their responses. They did issue a refund.
