I had such an amazing experience with my first purchase from Jaliza. The customer service was incredible! They were incredibly responsive and helpful when I would email them. When I received my wig, the colour and style was exactly as I had hoped it would be - dare I say even better? My wig is soooooo beautiful and looks so natural!!! I got the 100% virgin human hair Bora Bora body wave BoHo braided and wavy mix wig. I am very picky with my wigs and love love love how you can pin it up and style it ANYWAY and it looks natural and the lace just melts to your scalp, so thin. I am very satified!! Came within 2 weeks.

I originally thought this company was a scam but it is not. I did not know wig was coming from overseas and delivery time was delayed. I reached out to support and they were amazing and I finally did receive the wig LOVE IT...and will be ordering another one shortly.. The communication was excellent with them and they responded back in a timely manner. If you were hesitant in ordering do not hesitate. I also recommended a friend and she is ordering one...
