I loved the Cocoa 24-inch wig I ordered in the past, so I came back to Jalizafor another braid wig. Unfortunately, this one was a disappointment. It’s much heavier because of the invisible drawstring and much curlier than it appeared during the live. It doesn’t look like the same wig I saw. The price has gone up, but in my opinion, the quality has gone down. Sadly, this wig didn’t compare to my first one. I wish they had kept it plain and simple like the original. The invisible drawstring isn’t for me, and adding more curls feels like too much. Positive shipping was fast!!

My wig came today. I had high hopes because of the reviews. The boho braids wig had way too much netting showing. The quality of the hair was good but waaaayyyyyy too thin. I would not recommend. Now I have to go find something for the holidays but definitely not online. Extremely disappointed.

I received my wig with out an invoice. I have requested a return label for an exchange. I followed the instructions and also called again today. Has anyone had a successful exchange experience?
