Thank you for the wonderful feedback, Charles! We love hearing that the self-paced format gave you the freedom to really dig into the material on your own schedule — even if the 2026 code updates kept you busy a bit longer than expected! The fact that you came away having learned something new is what really matters. We hope to see you for the next update!

Thank you for your honest feedback, Travis, and for acknowledging that we made it right with your refund. We're sorry the changes to our training format weren't a good fit for your needs — your input is genuinely valuable as we continue to refine the experience. We hope to earn back your full confidence in the future.

Daniel, we are so truly sorry for the frustration you experienced — both with the changes to our system and with our customer service team. That is absolutely not the level of care we strive to provide, and we sincerely apologize for falling short. Please know that your refund has been processed, and we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience. We hope this makes things right, and more than anything, we hope to earn back your trust. Your customer service experience was not a reflection of how we usually do business, and we would love the chance to show you that. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make it right.
