I sgned up for the free trial for £1 from my Apple Pay - when I went in there was 1 offer available which told me to o to Goole Flights and search (I was perfectly capable of doin this without a referral from them). The site just harasses you to go Premium with no obvious benefits.

Hey there, thanks for taking the time to leave your review! We were so happy that we were able to reach out to you and clarify the type of sign up that was chosen when you registered, so you were able to access your Premium benefits. We hope that you have been enjoying the offers available and when you do book one, please don't forget to send us a Postcard!! Of course, if you need any other clarification regarding your account, just reply to the email to get back in touch with our Member Experience team :-)

Unpleasant hard sell of subscriptions
Day 10, yet more emails attempting to flog me crappy flights and subscriptions (from 'Drew'). And ask sent to a supposedly deleted account that I have 'successfully' unsubscribed from. The morons that run this company are also, I believe, breaking CAN-SPAM laws. Please don't give them any of your money, they are total clowns.
Day 7, 8, 9 ... Still they come
Day 6 .. two more. Would I like to contact a dishonest, incompetent bunch of crooks? No. The origin of your crappy little emails begging for money is Jack's Flight Club • hello(at)travel.jacksflightclub.com
Day 5: two more today. Wonder if the unsubscribe button doesn't work ... can't wait for this business to go under.
Day 4: and another
Day 3: got another hassly email today. Looks like we can add dishonest to the list too.
I would not recommend giving money to this bunch of incompetents.
Reply- oh hey there! Not sure why you're making stuff up. I received a harassing email just yesterday. Perhaps you think a prompt inaccurate response on Trustpilot will bump up the ratings. As for targeted offers, you mean one offer in a blue moon, that takes multiple clicks to access and withholds critical details unless you subscribe.
Was good once and now all they do is harrass you via email to take out a subscription. There is no decent free version, it's just a nasty, hassly little organisation. Have twice unsubscribed from all emails but still receive them. The contact link on the website doesn't work. Can't get any support. Avoid.

Hey, Helen! Thanks for sending your feedback and so sorry to see of the issue using the unsub and contact us buttons. I was able to locate your account and do see that you were able to unsubscribe from receiving mails. We have also tested the contact button and confirmed it is working, so sadly cannot say what issue might have occurred that hindered you from being able to use it previously.
I am so sorry to hear that you feel disappointed by the changes to free offers. The description of how we will be sending alerts to free members might not have been 100% clear. While we do have a paid membership for getting more content, the free membership is forever free and you can stay on it as long as you like - which most of our members choose to do. The biggest difference that free members will see is that the emails with flights that you receive will be a little more refined to the airport selection that you have setup, previously the alerts were generalized to regions rather than specific airports. Free members will also receive one Premium flight alert a week, as well as be notified when a Premium flight to one of your wish-list destinations comes up. This also allows us to minimize the emails that we send to members but optimize the relevant content that members receive.
We value your feedback and it has been sent to the team, as we are always working on ways to improve our offerings. We genuinely hope that we can welcome you back in the future!

Hey, Helen! Thanks for getting back and we hope that you see this updated reply. Your account with us had been deleted since April 14th 2025, so you should not have received any further emails. We would love to look into this more for you and ask that you please forward the most recent email received to our Member Experience team at: [email protected], so we may see the origin of the email and get to the bottom of this issue, to ensure no further contacts are received.
We are a small business that works very hard to correct any issues and we look forward to your assistance with this. We genuinely appreciate your help in working with us to have the problem resolved and hope to receive that email soon!

Auto renewed my subscription without…
Auto renewed my subscription without any warning. Reached out to them as soon as I found out and staff were very unhelpful. Think you need to be more clear with regards to auto renewals. As a long time user for the whole family, this has left a very sour taste.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubApr 17, 2025
Hey, John! Thank you for reaching out and we are so sorry to see of this issue. At the time of sign-up, we always make sure to inform our members that all our plans are automatically renewing and can be canceled at any time. However, we understand that it can be easy to forget or overlook this detail. That signup does require your card details, which asks that you approve of the auto-renewing charge before you are sent our Premium alerts.
We had reached back out to you to further assist with the matter, but sadly, had not received a reply. We do hope to hear from you soon, so we may attempt to turn your experience around.

Waste of time
Waste of time, paid for a subscription in the hope I might get at least one decent flight. 3 years later I havnt booked a single flight.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubApr 9, 2025
Hey Nicholas, we are truly sorry to see we have not been able to find any flights to the destinations you're looking for. I have checked through your email history and note that you had contacted us requesting a specific flight (which we do advise that it is not always possible for us to find specific requests because of how we look for tips) but we were so happy that we were able to assist you with an offer at that time. Unfortunately, it seems that you were unable to book that one.
I also noted that your paid sub with us started in 2024 for an annual membership. The renewal taken this year was your 2nd payment to us. If you feel the service won't be of use to you in the future, we would definitely recommend that you cancel the billing from your Lounge or please email us and we would be able to action that for you. This would stop your 2026 renewal.
We do still hope that in the mean time, we are able to get you an offer to the places you're after and get some of your bucket list checked off.

Response to Jack's Customer Service.
Following up from your response to my complaint about your company, I should set you right on a few facts. First of all, the 'threat' that you mention in your response was my intention to go to the newspapers and let them know how you operate. Was that the threat that has upset you? The fact that you have so many one star reviews shows that your level of customer service is abysmal. Perhaps, you should start working on that. Secondly, you mentioned that I used profanity in my correspondence with you. Thank you for responding to that claim with the exact words that you consider to be profanities. The fact is that you charged me for nearly 3 years for emails that I didn't receive and then told me that had I accessed my account, during that time. That is absolutely not true. I have your initial emails to me, by the way, where you change your story, regarding that. Regardless, my response remains the same, concerning your customer service. Anyway, feel free to highlight the 'threats' - to go to the newspapers! - and my 'profanities' (I really would love you to define what you consider to be a profanity, because I think we're using two different dictionaries), as a way to dismiss my complaint. The proof is in the flood of one star reviews that your company continues to receive. That is an absolute disgrace for any company. Have a lovely day (now you can add 'sarcasm' to the list).

Avoid joining Jack's Flight Club
I feel I have been scammed out of money. I joined Jack's Flight Club on tge premise that it was a free subscription. A fee of 59.26 euro unauthorised fee was taken from my account. I was moved onto a Premium Service which I was totally unaware of, I didnt get an advance email to ask me if I would like to join their Premium service which most companies send in advance.
I sent several emails to the company and was told I would be reimbursed in 3-5 days. I'm still waiting for the reimbursement after over 2 and 1/2 weeks now.
It's very frustrating to have to deal with this company as they send back automated responses to me.
Keep away from Jack's Flight Club!
That's my advice to anyone who is thinking of joining! It feels like I have been scammed of my unauthorised 59.26 euro!

Hi Orla,
I can see from our records that there was a problem after you first contacted us on March 3rd when our team received your initial request for a refund. We're sorry that we dropped the ball at that point and are looking into why that happened and why your case wasn't handed over properly due to a team member's unfortunate absence. I'm glad to see that when you got back in touch last week we've been able to get things sorted quickly and you have now been fully refunded. Regarding joining our Premium service unexpectedly, we're a little confused how you could have signed up to our premium paid tier using our Black Friday offer, expecting it to be free when you would have had to provide your credit card as part of the checkout process and the Stripe checkout screen lays out precisely when you would be charged at the end of your trial? There are several stages of the checkout process that show clearly that our Premium service is a paid subscription and how long any applicable trial periods are, so we're sorry if that wasn't clear to you when you entered your credit card details and agreed to sign up to the paid Premium tier. We'll look into whether we can make things any clearer to people using our checkout flows in future.

Your loss Jack…
I’ve applied three times before finally giving up and accepting that for whatever reason, Jack’s Flight Club will never shortlist me for a job.
I have a life time of finding cheap flights (hello £63 London to Dubai!) and a Masters degree in a writing subject. Apparently not good enough to be interviewed. Your loss when I set up as a competitor!
Response from Jack's Flight ClubMar 24, 2025
Hi Adrian, sorry you haven't made the cut yet. Looks like you've got some great war stories (being prank mugged by a Tiktoker in Kyrgyzstan sounds terrifying), but the competition is fierce and professional standards are pretty high to join our team with hundreds of applications per role. It's not always about the CV or on-paper qualifications as our hiring managers consider lots of factors in whether to invite applicants for interview. Best of luck if you choose to apply again for future roles or go it alone.

Auto renewal unethical practices
Best aware of the unethical pra times they use for the auto renewal. They do not notify you when you are being charged and hold you in another year contract. Not worth the premium service. Customer service unhelpful. More people need to highlight these unethical practices
Response from Jack's Flight ClubApr 2, 2025
Hi Mr Dayal, I can see from the contact notes to our support team you feel upset and frustrated, but we do have to be consistent and fair to all our customers and on this occasion you contacted us 6 days outside our 14 day refund window. When you signed up for our Premium subscription via the Black Friday sale, the checkout process where you enter your card details lays out as clearly as we can make it that it is an automatically renewing subscription and includes the dates of future payments. We'll continue to look into how we can include even clearer information about trial periods and renewal dates in our messages to Premium members, so thanks for your feedback.
