Positive experience overall but I have not taken advantage of any offers yet because I purchase flights at least 3 months in advance. The deals look good but they are often for basic economy or more last minute (for me) time frames. There are helpful articles on different cities and helpful general travel articles on the website. Lastly, I appreciate the ability to select multiple "preferred" home airports and destinations of interest.

Hey, there, thanks so much for your review! We love knowing that you have been enjoying our write ups and the features of the product itself. We provide both getaways and our regular flight tips. Getaways can be next month or a few months away and flight tips can be within months to even early next year. To differentiate between the two visually in your Lounge, getaways have the image vertical, on the left and regular tips horizontal, on the top. Getaways will also have the date displayed on the offer, whereas you would need to click on the regular tip to view the dates. This would help in knowing which offer would work the best for you and assist with your planning :) To make it easier to see just your flight tips, click on the Filters button in the top, left of your Lounge, Flight Types and choose only Guides, apply the filter. We want to get our members all around the world on any budget and this does mean that we will look for the cheapest way of doing that. We look at both luxury and budget airlines but lots of the best offers will be on budget airlines. This does not mean that we don't look for premium economy or business (or even better!) and make sure that we send those tips out as well :) We completely understand that travelling on budget airlines is not for everyone and we do our utmost to cater to the needs of all of our members. Our mission has always been to make sure that air travel and being able to see as much of the world as possible is available to everyone and that you're not just limited to the bigger airlines that you know and fares that are out of reach. We hope that we will be able to find the right offers for you, on the airlines that you're after and get you out on a travel adventure! Thanks again for your feedback and it has been shared with the team!

Don't feel I'm getting the full value for my subscription when you want to re-direct me to google flights.

Hey, Jackie, thanks so much for leaving us your review! We appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to clarify a bit more about our service. Bookings are not done through us and Google Flights is one of the sites that we use to assist you in having an easy to use option to locate the offers that we've found, so you may actually book them. We understand that you might think, wait... I can find that price myself, what's the point? While it is definitely possible for you to find flights in a decent price range, it may not be the types of fares that we are able to locate. Google Flights is not what we use to locate our deals. We have a dedicated team who scour the internet daily, using tools and years of travel experience, to find you deals to the places you're after and also, inspiration to places you might not have thought of. They then make it as easy as possible for you to book by sending you a Google Flights link or letting you know that the offer is available through the airline directly. We can never predict where and when a deal will come up for, but typically we're able to help most of our members with deals to all over the world. We definitely hope that we are able to find the perfect offer for you soon and when we do, please ensure that you send us a Postcard :) Of course, anything that is needed, our Member Experience team is there to assist you!

Hi Enriquez, hope we can get you to the Philippines soon! I've unlocked an archived deal for you when you next log in to the Members Lounge so you can get a feel for the kinds of prices we occasionally find there from Amsterdam. Standard rates seem to be around €800 but this tip had closer to €550: https://members.jacksflightclub.com/tip/6756dc7a60cd853e88dc5ded
