Jack's flight club is great! I booked a flight to Sydney based on their premium emails. All information was correct and easy to implement.

Even I have been confused by their payment terms. But the customer service team was great and with just one e-mail from my side, the issue was resolved and I did not pay, for what I not intended to pay for. The deals just were not appealing to what I was looking for and if you know a little about how to research cheap flights, you probably do not need this. But they have a nicely structured website and give you tips, if you are new to the game of searching flights. So there is definitive value brought to those, even if you do not find a deal directly from their site.

We totally get that our payment terms can sometimes be a bit confusing, so we’re really glad our member experience team was able to resolve things for you quickly. It’s great to hear that you still found value in the tips and structure of our site, even if the deals didn’t quite match what you were looking for. We appreciate the feedback and hope that, if you ever need flight-finding help in the future, we might have something that fits! 💙

I am confused by the negative reviews, the T&Cs seem pretty clear to me and they offer a trial so you know what the service/offers will be like. I have booked some great flight deals from their emails both short and long haul.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 24, 2025
Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Jacob! We're really glad to hear that you’ve been able to book some of Flight Alerts. While we understand that some negative reviews have raised concerns and are super useful for us to improve upon, it's feedback like yours that helps us see what we're doing right. 🥹 We appreciate your support and hope you continue to enjoy our service!

I had a charge taken from my account which I didn’t recognise as I had a free account I queried this and got a response immediately and I was refunded in a few days I can’t fault the customer service and really reinstated my confidence in this company I’ve read the other reviews but my experience was fantastic and I’m so grateful Kind regards Amanda

I don't understand the complaints about this service. While you can technically find flights on the internet independently, the dedication and time needed to consistently hunt for the best deals can be overwhelming. After a year as a premium member without using any deals, I decided to unsubscribe. Ironically, right after that, I received a free weekly email with a fantastic deal for flights to Bali. Seizing the opportunity, I booked tickets for a March trip with my wife, saving at least £500. It's a reminder that sometimes, the best opportunities come when you least expect them.

We really appreciate your words and support! This is so exciting and £500 in savings is incredible! Thanks for sharing your experience, and we hope you and your wife have the best time! 💙

Great Customer Service. I was a 'free' service user and took out a discounted 'Premium' membership. I saw some great offers through the year but unfortunately could not make use of any. After seeing the renewal amount appear on my statement I advised that I could no longer afford the membership and received an immediate refund (within 48 hours)
Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025
Hey Paul, thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're glad to hear that, as a free member, you found value in our service and decided to try our Premium membership. While it's unfortunate that you couldn't take advantage of the offers during the year, we're pleased that our team was able to help you with your refund request. We appreciate your support and hope to help you travel again in the future ✈️

Really like the different types of offers they send, both 'regular' flights and ideas for long weekends. Also provides some great inspiration and ideas for destinations that otherwise wouldn't be on my radar at all. Great service and their customer support is top notch as well!

Yay! So glad you're loving the service. It makes it all worthwhile when we receive feedback like this 💙
