Difficult to access portion of the website for canceling subscription, but once there, with the help of your chat employee, all went smoothly. One caveat: I haven't yet seen the refund, but we're still within the predicted .time frame.

Regular emails with deals but I haven't been able to make use of any yet due to personal circumstances. I usually travel mid-week and many of the deals are for the weekend. This does not work for me at the monment

I asked a bit of a convoluted question, which in all honesty would have taken some working out. We're new to Jack's club and the first price i worked out was unbelievable. I asked if you would confirm it. Seems I wasn't far out! We can't make that trip now as we booked something else. I just hope it comes up again!
