I doubt I will renew
I doubt I will renew. They reported an attractive premium economy deal on an airline I regularly fly with status. I called the airline to book it. They had no idea what I was talking about and transferred me to another dept where they also told me the same. I felt the airline made an honest effort. There was not a deal as reported.

Things that Google Flights does better
Things that Google Flights does better. Wasted a year's subscription that should have bought a short haul flight instead.

Nice to know about fight deals
Nice to know about fight deals. Membership too expensive unless you're an avid traveler.

Unauthorised money taken from account
I've no idea what sort of service these people provide as I've never found the need. What I do know is that for the second year running, despite my clear instructions and their assurances not to do so, they have debited the annual subscription from my account and are refusing to refund it. They have my card details so now I'm faced with cancelling that card and getting a new one before they steal any more of my money. They might be the best travel agent in the world but if I were you I'd have nothing to do with these charlatans. Edit 12.3.25 In the interest of fairness I can now confirm that JFC have refunded this year's subscription in full. Therefore I have uprated my experience to 3 stars. However I remain uneasy that their system allows unauthorised subscriptions to be debited in the first place.

Has potential but...
Potentially has lots of value but the service appears very dependent on suppliers offering the deals as well being actually able to get them. I'm not disputing that they exist, it's just that I found it easier to use Google Flights to get the best deal with respect to my particular flights.

Some decent deals but obviously not guaranteed.
You do get some really good deals to your inbox, however more often than not, these are off peak and not usually during UK school holidays. If you can drop everything and just book, it's definitely worth it. If your dates are specific, then it's more a question of luck and hoping for the right deals at the right time.

Tricky customer service but can find some good offers
Product is fine, i haven't bought one of their flights but some good ones there. When I signed up i used an email and couldn't get hold of them to swap it. In the end I just used my alternative email.
