Hey, Tammy. We're truly disheartened to receive a 1 star review where there was no indication that there was any kind of service failure. We've checked your email history to confirm if there was any alert of an issue but found no prior contact from you. We'd love to understand more what you expected from the service or how we can assist you in getting the most out of it. Please reach out to our Member Experience team by emailing: [email protected] and let us know how we may help you!

Did not find this site useful
Did not find this site useful, believe I cancelled a long time ago and yet they auto-renewed me and charged $63, on my card.
I do not recommend this site.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubDec 2, 2025
Hey, Roger. Thanks for giving us an opportunity to look into your account more. We have reviewed your subscription details and email history, to ensure there was no service failure.
We can confirm there was no prior request to cancel nor any contact with our Member Experience team to request they cancel on your behalf. We reached out to you directly to advise of this and to also let you know that you are still within the refund timeframe, that we've gone ahead, cancelled the billing and refunded the last sub fee.
We sadly have no feedback on what about the service did not meet your expectations and we would love to hear more about that, should you wish to share it.
It's disheartening to receive a 1 star review when there was no service failure on our end. We are open to any suggestions that you might have. If you do need anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Member Experience team by emailing: [email protected]

Pointless, Worthless Waffle
Pointless and worthless website, because even if you do find something of interest, you still need to do the steps outlined below. In fact, the online magazine format just makes for more nonsense to wade through. It's just a vague list of ballpark figures they found on Google Flights several days beforehand. If they have the claimed army of bots, scouring the internet for bargains, they probably need some proper programming.
Here's what to do...
A: Get onto Flights.Google and enter your departure airport, "One-way" and the approx date you want to leave.
B: Select your destination, region or "Anywhere".
C: Select an interesting arrival airport from the map and open it and click on "View flights" and then "Price graph."
D: Find the best price and select it, then click on "OK" and change to "Round trip."
E: Open the "Date grid" and navigate around it to find return flights that suit you.
F: Send me £6 per month for doing almost Foxtrot Alpha.
RESPONSE TO JFC:
This is just a load of blah, blah, blah. Jack's Flight Club was once a reasonably useful site, but they got lazy - and rather than actually digging out good deals, they have chosen to just say that they do it. The evidence is in the "alerts," which are, as I said in the title of my review: "Pointless, Worthless Waffle". There is not one single tiny sliver of useful information worth reading in the emails. It's just spam. There is absolutely NO reason for this scammy business to exist.
Hand on heart, follow my steps above - and you will find the best deals out there. One retraction: don't send me your hard-earned £6 per month. Save it, invest it wisely, or use it to help someone less fortunate than we are.

Hey, VJ. You're absolutely right that we send members links to places like Google Flights or Skyscanner to actually buy the flights that we find and that's because we don't sell tickets (or even earn any commission on tickets), so we have to send people to the places they can purchase those flights.
The Jack's Flight Club service is built to constantly scour the internet and figure out IF a flight price is any good and ONLY then rapidly alert our members that there's an unexpectedly great fare available.
At that point we send out the location of how and where to buy that flight (including if necessary, the particular workarounds or hacks to get the price we've found).
If you're locked into specific times/dates or routes, in those cases Jack's service might not be for you, so running a general search on Google Flights or Trip.com is good advice and a decent way to get a sense of if you have to take particular dates, what are the best value options.
Jack's is built for travellers with a little flexibility who enjoy the inspiration and thrill of a new destination or when a bonkers price to somewhere they've been meaning to go drops into their inbox.
We use a combination of bots, machine learning, data analysis and expert human curation to scan millions of flight routes a week. Our team of expert Flight Finders and travellers whittles that down to only the most worthy fares with savings well under what the public pays. Over 90% of flights get discarded as unworthy and only around 1 in 5,000 make the grade to qualify as an alert, packaged with extra inspiration and expert tips on the destination.
Essentially, our experienced flight hunters spend hundreds of hours a week sifting and researching so you don't have to and alert you when you should go looking on those sites so you can take advantage of lower than usual prices at the right time.
Hope that clears things up! We're gutted that you've given us a 1 star for basically doing what we set out to do, so we'll try harder to improve our sign up pages and new joiner messages to make things clearer.

Not worth it
Nothing that's of interest so far. Did not realise it was only a platform to suggest places and possible flights rather than actually a travel agent.

About as useful as t|ts on a fish
Skyscanner and google can do this job for you, don’t be lazy.
They say they have 1000s of bots etc but you can literally create an account on Skyscanner and set alerts for places you want to go. It doesn’t cost anything. If your lazy and can’t be arsed to look and enjoy wasting money use it

Membership fees still taken despite trial cancellation
I’ve been subscribed as a free member with JFC for a number of years, but never used any of their highlighted flights. Having recently retired and planning flights further afield, I subscribed to the £1 for 1 month trial to see what additional offers were included in a subscription. Sadly nothing more, above free content, was received so I cancelled the subscription within the 1 month period. As such I was shocked when I received my bank statement with £48 debited to JFC for an annual subscription. I immediately cancelled that subscription online then contacted JFC to request a refund as I had already terminated my subscription during the trial period, so was not liable to pay anything. They refused saying I was outside a 14 day period, a period that applies only to a standard subscription, which I had no longer authorised having already cancelled the trial subscription. They asked for proof of cancellation, which I don’t have as I didn’t take images of the cancellation. They suggested that an email confirming cancellation may have gone straight to my spam bin, so that would have already disappeared into the ether. With their refusal to refund, I requested escalation to the CEO/ or ombudsman. They have refused to supply details of either, which may be a breach of trading laws as they should have a policy/process available for customer complaints. Feedback here could have been so much better had communications with JFC been less frustrating to deal with and more so if their processes actually worked.

Hi, Eunice. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to review your account further and look into your subscription query. We took a deep dive into your account details and subscription details to ensure there was no service failure.
We do see your trial started on August 23rd 2025 and moved to an annual subscription on September 22nd 2025. When a cancellation is completed, it cancels on your account (from your Lounge), with our billing processor, which is Stripe and also in a separate application which is in charge of you receiving flights. We have checked all 3 and there was no cancellation found. If the cancellation was completed and failed, it meant that all 3 applications failed separately from each other. While this is completely possible, because technology, it is highly unlikely that all of them failed to recognize the cancellation request. You would have as well received a confirmation sent to you and it would have been noted on your screen that the cancellation was done.
We are unable to provide a refund of your annual fee because your contact request to us was outside our 14 day refund timeframe. We have also advised that your case was reviewed by our management team. We also aren’t able to provide personal contact details for our CEO and as we’re a private company, there isn’t a specific ombudsman for subscription services like ours. You are always welcome to seek independent advice if you wish to take this further.
We are truly sorry that we aren't able to close the case with your desired result. But if you do need anything else, please don't hesitate to reach back out to our Member Experience team by emailing: [email protected]

Sneaky sign up process
Sneaky sign up process wastes your time before demanding membership fee at the end. Instant delete.
Response from Jack's Flight ClubOct 21, 2025
Hey, Mark. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We would have loved an opportunity to investigate your account to ensure there were no service failures. Sadly, the request for the details to find your membership was not correctly updated from your end, so we were unable to make a thorough check.
We can confirm that we do not sneak nor hide any sign up details. We pride ourselves on being very transparent with all sign up terms, noting dates and amounts several times on the sign up and cashier pages. As well, you have the option to cancel your sign up at anytime and if it is cancelled within 14 days of your payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
We'd be happy to make any checks on your account and if you need anything else, please reach out to our Member Experience team by emailing: [email protected]
