Hey, Angie, thanks so much for your review! We've definitely got NZ on our list to offer flights from. Before we open up a region for offers, we always want to ensure we can provide great flights and do so consistently. But rest assured that it's on our road map :) If you do need anything else, please don't hesitate to reach back out to our Member Experience team by emailing: [email protected]

Hey, Neal! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and for your kind words! We want to get our members all around the world on any budget and this does mean that we will look for the cheapest way of doing that. We look at both luxury and budget airlines but lots of the best offers will be on budget airlines. This does not mean that we don't look for premium economy or business (or even better!) and make sure that we send those flights out as well :) We completely understand that travelling on budget airlines is not for everyone and we do our utmost to cater to the needs of all of our members. Our mission has always been to make sure that air travel and being able to see as much of the world as possible is available to everyone and that you're not just limited to the bigger airlines that you know and fares that are out of reach. We hope that we will be able to find the right flights for you, on the airlines that you're after and get you out on a travel adventure! Thanks again for your feedback and it has been shared with the team!

Hey, Abbas! We do offer our service to Canadian members and provide a fair amount of flights to all over the world. Having checked your details, we do see that not all preferences were correctly chosen when you created your account. Have no fear, our Member Experience team will be in touch to get this sorted for you :)
