Hey, Dawn! We're so happy to see that you've been enjoying our emails. When you log into your Lounge, you can access the Filters in the top, left and select the Destinations option to filter by your preference :) Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We do make it very clear on the site that we want to get our members all around the world on any budget and this does mean that we will look for the cheapest way of doing that. We look at both luxury and budget airlines but lots of the best offers will be on budget airlines. This does not mean that we don't look for premium economy or business (or even better!) and make sure that we send those tips out as well :) We completely understand that travelling on budget airlines is not for everyone and we do our utmost to cater to the needs of all of our members. Our mission has always been to make sure that air travel and being able to see as much of the world as possible is available to everyone and that you're not just limited to the bigger airlines that you know and fares that are out of reach. We hope that we will be able to find the right offers for you, on the airlines that you're after and get you out on a travel adventure! Thanks again for your feedback and it has been shared with the team!

Hey Luis! Thanks so much for taking the time to let us know how we may better serve you with flights. The Jack's Flight Club service is built to constantly scour the internet and figure out IF a flight price is any good and ONLY then rapidly alert our members that there's an unexpectedly great fare available. At that point, we send out the location of how and where to buy that flight (including if necessary, the particular workarounds or hacks to get the price we've found). We use a combination of bots, machine learning, data analysis and expert human curation to scan millions of flight routes a week. Our team of expert Flight Finders and travellers whittles that down to only the most worthy fares with savings well under what the public pays. Over 90% of flights get discarded as unworthy and only around 1 in 5,000 make the grade to qualify as an alert, packaged with extra inspiration and expert tips on the destination. Essentially, our experienced flight hunters spend hundreds of hours a week sifting and researching, so you don't have to and alert you when you should go looking on those sites, so you can take advantage of lower than usual prices at the right time. Your feedback has been forwarded to the team but we would love to hear more about what types of flights you're after and ask that you please reach out to our Member Experience team at [email protected] with any other details you'd like to share :)

This does not mean that we don't look for premium economy or business (or even better!) and make sure that we send those tips out as well :) One was sent out just this week and we have reached out to you by email with the details, in case you missed it. Hey, Julie! Thanks so much for reaching out and giving us an opportunity to clarify more about our service :) Jack's is built for travellers with a little flexibility, who enjoy the inspiration and thrill of a new destination or when an amazing price to somewhere they've been meaning to go drops into their inbox. We offer the option to add your preferred destinations so we can know exactly where you're interested in, keep an extra eye out for those spots and make sure you're alerted when that awesome fare pops up. This does then mean that we can't control when we see your preferred destination and can mean that we may not find an offer for you in the timeframe that you're looking for (we're definitely trying though!). We have alerted our wonderful flight finders, so definitely keep an eye on your email. If you have any other questions about your membership, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Member Experience team by emailing: [email protected]
