Hey, Richard! Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. While we do have a paid membership that unlocks all our content, Free members still receive 1 or 2 emails a week with a roundup of all the available flights from their region. We selectively unlock one or two of those for each member at a time and the system tries to guess an appropriate one based on your profile information. You can also then access all your unlocked flights in the Members Lounge after signing in. Free members also get notified when a Premium flight to one of your wish-list destinations comes up. In short Premium members have access to everything straight away and Free members see most of them after a delay, but can only access alerts that have been unlocked for them, based on their profile. If you can't see any unlocked items in your Members Lounge, please get in touch with the team directly via [email protected] and we'll see what we can do! Hey, Molly! Thanks so much for reaching out and giving us a chance to look into this offer. We're so sorry to see that you were not pleased with the offer received. The tip that was sent was not for economy flights but was a tip for business class where normal fares are around £2,500+. We were super excited to find flights for £570s-£690s. These fares also included 2 full-sized cabin bags, 1 checked bag and lie-flat seats. The tip as well included a stop over in Rome, making it a 2-in-1 business class trip. We completely understand that this tip may not have been for you and truly hope that we are able to find just the right offer that you're after, so we can get you out on your next adventure. Once we do, please remember to send us a postcard, we love seeing all the travel content :)

Ahh, it's really not fair for you guys who have to travel during the most expensive times of the year. You shouldn't have to suffer the ridiculous prices that we see! It can be challenging to find deals that align with school holidays. That said, we do keep an eye out for opportunities, and while they’re less frequent, we have had members book flights from our Alerts that fit school holiday schedules. We really appreciate your support and feedback. It helps us stay focused on finding deals that meet the needs of all our members. We’ll continue to watch for flights that work well for families travelling during the school break ✈️

We really appreciate you trialling our service over the past three months. We understand that, living in Ireland, you’ve found the flight options to be more limited compared to areas like London and the Southeast. While it's true that more deals often come from more populous regions, we recognise that our Irish members deserve the same level of service and attention. We're actively looking into expanding and refining our selection for flights departing from Ireland.
