I am fully convinced that a lovely human being answered my questions!
Response from Jack's Flight ClubSep 18, 2025
Hey, Genevieve, you are 100% correct! When you contact us, you would receive an auto-reply, just to let you know your email was received. When you get the answer to your query, you are interacting with one of our awesome Member Experience agents. We don't use AI for any of our query replies, it's always a member of our team looking into your question and sharing their amazing travel knowledge :) We not only focus on finding you the very best flights, but we also want that if you need help, you are as well having the very best experience. That is why our team is called Member Experience and not just customer support. Please reach out to us again if there's anything else we may help with!
