Problem solved
It’s not finished yet so it could be a better or worse score will keep trust pilot informed. But they have persevered with my issue so hopefully sort it out soon UPDATE. I’ve updated my experience everything has been sorted out now a great effort from jacks flight club. They never gave in kept me in touch and finally resolved my problem. And I would 100% recommend them. Thank you for your hard work in sorting this problem out. Norman

Excellent customer service
I wanted to leave the group as my husband isn't well and unable to fly. I had originally sent an email to do this last quarter but unfortunately it was overlooked. However on contacting them this time it was sorted and I was refunded immediately. Thank you.
