Amazing Deals
You are just silly if you don't sign up for their premium service. You'll save all of that and more on a single flight that you book. On second thought, don't sign up. I'd rather keep all the deals to myself.

Becky! Thank you so much!! This made us so happy and also gave us a good chuckle :) We love that you've been enjoying the deals and please remember to send us a postcard the next time you book.

I've been dealing with some health…
I've been dealing with some health issues the past few years, which impacted my ability to plan any travel. I didn't realize that I was still showing as active with Jack's until I got the email from Jack's. I responded immediately that I needed to cancel my membership expecting to hear nothing, but to my surprise I received an immediate response & then got a message the next day that they had canceled my account & issued a refund. I was amazed! And so very thankful. I will rejoin when I'm better & will and have recommended Jack's to my friends. Their customer service is outstanding.

5* service experience
Paid for a premium membership so that I could book a flight to Japan, forgot about the renewal period until the transaction came up in my account, contacted support, who were happy to refund the renewal and I had the money back in my account within 48 hours of first reaching out to support. 5/5 company and 5/5 service

Excellent customer aervice
Personal, friendly email about the conclusion of my subscription. Great serviceoverall, I just can’t travel outside school holidays so most deals will not work for me. But if only!

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us! We are so thrilled to see that your interaction with them was nothing short of the standard that you can always expect, as our agents are some of the very best! Flights during school holidays are a bit less common, but they do appear. We make a note of them, so Travelers can easily spot opportunities during breaks, long weekends, and other peak times. If you do need anything else, please don't hesitate to reach back out to our Member Experience team by emailing: [email protected]
