Hey, Poe! We're excited to see that you're interested in our Ask Jack service and we do see the Member Experience agent that you spoke with sent you the link to access the details. Once you do go through the process and fill out the requested information, you would get an email with your plan within 5 - 7 days. Hey, Mr. Gibbs. We're so sorry to see of this issue with your subscription but thank you for leaving your review and giving us an opportunity to check through your account details. We always want to ensure there was no service failure or an issue in the system that would have caused an error. In checking through the details with the email noted here, that is registered to your account, the first contact we received from you was dated February 19th 2026. There was no prior notice by email nor cancellation found on your account through your lounge, so this would explain why the billing was still active. We do ask that if you sent your request to cancel last year from a different email, that you please reach back out to the team with that email address. Even better yet, forward a copy of the request to us. This is so we may further investigate why the process was not completed. We're glad that everything is sorted now and the refund was granted with no issue. We look forward to receiving that email soon and getting this matter fully closed.
