SCAM SCAM SCAM
Worst company EVER most unprofessional company ever to exist. I did 3 months for £1. I forgot about the subscription. Then without a 7-day warning, the company charges me £40 for their year subscription And the deals they find are really bad. They also do not respond to emails. SCAM SCAM SCAM stays away, please.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. We do our best to be upfront about the trial terms and the subsequent annual subscription. While we don’t currently send out a 7-day warning before the renewal, we do outline the billing details at sign-up. That said, we understand that not everyone catches those terms, and we’ll certainly take your feedback into account as we review our processes.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE....they will take your…
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE....they will take your money and run away with it! No option to unsubscribe on their website...had to cancel through my bank, after the second payment went throguh and they will not get back to your emails. The flights they will send you are not gonna save you any money, just use normal services and you'll be better off. BASICALLY ITS A SCAM!

We can assure you that we’re absolutely not a scam! There is an option to unsubscribe directly through your account settings, and our support team responds to all inquiries as quickly as possible. As for the deals, we work hard to find genuinely great flight alerts that aren’t always easy to spot with standard search engines. But we totally get that our service isn’t for everyone. Stay away
Stay away! This company is a scam. Took money but no service provided. All the emails got ignored. Don’t sign up to them under no circumstances.

Jack's Flight Club
I subscribed to JFC but never used them as I didn't find their offers were particularly good. I unsubscribed however on checking my on-line banking I discovered they are still taking my subscription annually. I have tried contacting them but emails are dealt with by a third party. I would not advise using this company.

Poor Service when Access Denied …
Unable to access my account after signing up, incredibly slow response time to my issue. One lost customer!

Sells on Instagram as totally free yet…
Sells on Instagram as totally free yet the first page asks me for £35 so no don't give them your email and stay clear

We do offer a free membership that provides limited flight alerts, and no payment is required to sign up for that. The £35 option was for our Premium membership, which includes more frequent and exclusive deals. We appreciate the feedback and will make sure our messaging is as clear as possible! ☺️
