I have had £39 taken from my bank…
I have had £39 taken from my bank account even after I have unsubscribed. When you try to contact them by email they make out that they will be reply to you within 24hrs,so far I have heard nothing in four days and doubt whether they have any intention of replying.....they are nothing but con artists,dont give them any of your money.

Daylight robbery
Complete daylight robbery, they provide no service whatsoever. The emails you get just links you to google flights. Anyone can get the same flights at the same price just by going on google flights. Don't fall for this scam. You literally get nothing for your money.

Not only it's fake and scam operation, but you can't even unsubscribe from this conman fake website. Don't provide credit cards or... Trust Pilot should start 0 grading or under for scams like this.

Jacksflightclub will charge you even after subscription is cancelled
Do not sign-up to jacksflightclub.com - They will just charge you even if you cancelled the subscription.

Premium membership not acknowledged.
I paid £39 on 15th June 2023 to receive premium deals from Jack's Flight Club. When I go to their website and login it does not acknowledge my premium membership, so no relevant deals are shown, instead I am invited to take out premium membership. I wish I hadn't been taken in by this company.

Need investigating for false advertising
Jacks Flight Club Review Same as other reviews, the deals are fake for premium subscribers. They say you have missed out on deals when you are not premium but the deals do not exist. I subscribed for almost 2 years on a premium subscription and only ever received long weekend to Europe deals which is not what I signed up for. They need investigating really for false advertising. I emailed them to ask then why they had sent false information out and they never replied.

Ouch, that hurts 😅 We promise our deals are real, and our Flight Experts spend hours hunting them down. I had a look into our inbox and saw that we had reached out to help you add additional airports to see more of our Flight Alerts. We do send a mix of short-haul, long-haul, and rare mistake fares, but if it didn’t feel varied enough for you, that’s really helpful feedback. 😊

Unsubscribed but they won’t stop emailing me
Not what they used to be. I signed up for the free emails, but quickly realised it wasn’t for me so I unsubscribed. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve unsubscribed from all emails yet they keep emailing me - this can’t be legal?! The free version is not particularly useful and they just keep spamming you trying to go for the paid version.

jacksflightclub.com It is a scam, and if you need simple proof, you can see that they state you missed a very recent deal, £250 for return flight to Tokyo, because you're not premium. As a premium member, you can see older deals, and there's nowhere that Tokyo deals.

Regarding the Tokyo deal you mentioned, it's possible that the offer before you had a chance to view it. Flight Alerts, especially error fares discounted ones, can expire quickly due to high demand and limited availability.
