Hey Elisa, thanks so much for your feedback. We believe our Flight Alerts offer much more than simply directing you to Google Flights. Each alert is carefully vetted by our dedicated Flight Experts to provide insider insights and curated deals that are truly unique. We understand that sometimes the specific flights you're looking for might not show up right away. Since we're not a traditional travel agency, our focus is on curating a range of Flight Alerts, and we might not always spot every specific route you prefer. We're sorry to hear that your favourites haven't come up over the past year, and we understand your frustration. Your input is incredibly valuable and helps us improve our service. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to have the opportunity to make things right for you 🤞

I'd love to know what free sites offer the same experience we do? Please let us know! ☺️

Hi Henry, we strive to be fully transparent about our free trial and our sign-up process clearly explains the trial details and subsequent subscription, but we understand that not receiving a reminder before the trial ended can be frustrating. As we're not a travel agency we never know what Flight Alerts we're going to spot. We aim to send you curated flight alerts that we hope to add value, and I'm sorry if you felt the emails you received didn't meet your expectations. Thanks for your feedback. We're taking note of every single one!

Hi Mohamed, I understand your concerns regarding our trial offer. Our £1 trial is designed to give you a low-risk way to experience our service, and the requirement for card details is clearly explained during the sign-up process so that if you decide to continue, the subscription can seamlessly renew. We do not "repeatedly try" to take money from your account; rather, the annual subscription fee is automatically charged as per the terms agreed upon at sign-up. We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, and you can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date through your profile. If you have any further questions or need clarification, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team. Thanks again for your feedback!

If your subscription was cancelled, and you were still charged, that’s absolutely not how it should work. I just looked into this for you, and it looks as if we did send you over a refund on the 28th!

Response from Jack's Flight ClubFeb 25, 2025

While we aim to make the cancellation process straightforward, technical hiccups can happen, and we're genuinely sorry for any hassle you went through. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your feedback. 😊✈️

Sorry to hear about your experience! We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to discover ongoing charges when you thought your subscription had ended. Our subscription terms, including recurring payments, are outlined at sign-up, but we recognise that if you weren’t actively using the service, it may not have been clear that the billing continued. We always want to do right by our members, and we’re sorry if our response didn’t meet your expectations. We truly appreciate the feedback and will continue working to improve transparency for our members. ✨
