Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We do make it very clear on the site that we want to get our members all around the world on any budget and this does mean that we will look for the cheapest way of doing that. We look at both luxury and budget airlines but lots of the best offers will be on budget airlines. This does not mean that we don't look for premium economy or business (or even better!) and make sure that we send those tips out as well :) We completely understand that travelling on budget airlines is not for everyone and we do our utmost to cater to the needs of all of our members. Our mission has always been to make sure that air travel and being able to see as much of the world as possible is available to everyone and that you're not just limited to the bigger airlines that you know and fares that are out of reach. We hope that we will be able to find the right offers for you, on the airlines that you're after and get you out on a travel adventure! Thanks again for your feedback and it has been shared with the team!

So truly sorry to see of your experience, Aileen. We are always upfront on what the service offers and any fees that are included if you choose to upgrade. This information is displayed clearly not only on the upgrade pages but also on the checkout page (the amounts and timeframe when fees for subs would be taken). We pride ourselves on being transparent with these details, so it was disheartening to read that you felt like that. We offer two sign up options - a free one where you would receive a round up of offers and also paid subs (varying timeframes) where you have access to all your departure tips. Regarding the issue with the unsubscribe link, this has been escalated to our Technical team for review and resolution but if you are still experiencing an issue with that, please reach out to our Member Experience team and they will happily assist you in getting that sorted.

Hi Matt, we're upfront about subscriptions renewing automatically and it's shown clearly throughout the signup process and checkout pages that subscriptions renew at the rates shown. We pride ourselves on being transparent with details and it is something that we take very seriously. As you pointed out, we do give members who want a reminder the option to do that (not everyone does), so we disagree there's anything 'dishonest' in the subscription management options, as it's all set out clearly when members upgrade. Just like any of the other email preferences that are chosen by our members, that is also one of them. We'd love to look into your account in more detail and definitely encourage you to reach out to our amazing support team for any assistance needed!

Hi there, we checked back to 2017 and we can't find anything at all in our support inbox from this email address letting us know you had a problem. Have you contacted us from a different address perhaps? Sometimes, Apple users have multiple addresses which causes confusion. I checked and found the account associated with this review quickly and have now processed the downgrade and refunded your last payment. Can you please share who you've had contact with at JFC that said they couldn't find your account so we can investigate, as I was able to find an account with this email instantly. I can see you've opened lots of our emails recently, so we're sad to see you leave. Please reach out to our support team if you'd like your account reinstated or any help getting the best out of JFC.

So very sorry to see of your experience and we are more than happy to address any issues with your subscription. Sadly, there was no further context provided that we can give any insight on regarding why you think our site is a scam (can assure you that it's not, you can read the positive reviews here yourself) and we ask that you please reach out to our Member Experience team, so they may take a look into any query that you have! We are here to help, so let us know how we may do that.

Hi Angela, I can see on our database that you signed up December 28th 2024 on 30 day trial for £1, which was cancelled on Jan 17th and so was automatically downgraded on January 27th without taking any further payment. Our payment processor Stripe is showing that only one successful payment of only £1 was made associated with your email address, so I'd like to investigate further. I can see you've been in touch with our support team and so I will follow up with you directly to try and get to the bottom of things.

Hi Sara, we strive to be fully transparent about our fees, which are clearly detailed during our sign-up process. We work hard to curate Flight Alerts that add value, and our deals are designed to avoid long layovers. We've reviewed your account and saw that we issued a refund as soon as we received your email, so we don't feel we're in a battle with you. I'm truly sorry that you feel that way.
