This is a beautiful product however when customer service and care are not given it takes away from the product. Customer service with your company is DEPLORABLE, no return calls or return emails nothing how do expect to grow as a reputable company?. Projecting an American Icon will not do it! Showing pictures of Jackie O will not do it. Caring and answering your phone will keep that wonderful Picture of Jackie O alive and well and benefit your company to grow and have credibility as well! So I’ve heard all the positive reviews about this shoes over the years and when I stumbled upon the year end sale I decided to take the plunge and buy 5 pairs. They are all the same size (8.5) and ALL fit completely different ..... some of the sandals are so tight I got blisters, 1 fits okay and 2 pairs are so big they almost fall off. I expected A LOT more from the shoes and the brand. Now I’m stuck with a bunch of shoes I can’t return, or even exchange.

I am unable to rate the sandal as I never received it but I was highly disappointed in Jack Rogers customer service. Purchased a sandal online about 3 weeks ago and still had not received it so I called Jack Rogers customer service line and left a voicemail with my order number to inquire where my order was. 2 days later I had not heard back so I emailed customer service and received a response that I had not received my package because that item was out of stock and that I should have received a refund. Exclaimed that I had not received a refund and that the item still shows available online in the size I ordered so I would still like the item. Mentioned wanting to speak with a manager but did not know how to reach one since no one ever called me back on the customer service line. Never heard back from customer service after this. My money was refunded a few days later but I guess I’ll never be able to rate the product because that was my first experience with Jack Rogers and it will be my last!

My honest experience. I love the shoes, my kids bought them for my birthday in the fall. I wore them approximately four times in the spring and one of the heels came off. Unfortunately I didn’t immediately realize it, so I don’t have the heel. I have tried calling ‘customer service’ several times, left a voice mail with my phone number. I have sent no less than FIVE e-mails along with pictures of the shoes. They are virtually unresponsive and I find it pretty ridiculous! I do not recommend purchasing from this company!

I normally do not have any issues with name brand company. However, Jack Rogers USA.com deserves zero stars. Their customer service don't pick up the phone call nor respond to your voice message. On top of all, they also do not reply to any messages when you email them. It has been over 7 days since i sent them 2 messages about this issue and no response at all. If you try to contact them via Facebook, they respond and say email customer service. I have been purchasing Jack Rogers through department stores and been extremely happy with. I know what size to order and what sizes are needed for my girls. Needless to say, when I placed an order for sales item I was confident that won't have any issues and it will fit like it normally has been. However, Camille Sparkle Flat SKU: 885434506225; design A+ but totally off the size chart! Size 6 will probably fit like size 7. Napa Valley Sandal SKU: 874681005063 same way, cutest design but totally off the chart. I know it did say items weren't returnable so I just decided to give it away bc it might be just me that's just having an issue. However, my little one fell in love with Camille Sparkle flat so I decided to just order another smaller shoes size 5 which is a whole size smaller than my previous order. Well, shoes arrived and size 5 fits like size 6.5. This is totally off the size chart and I consider this as a defect and ask them to take it back; but seems like they really don't give a crap about customers bc as of yet no response! Jack Rogers, YOU MAY HAVE MY $250 BUT YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR NOT STANDING BEHIND YOUR OWN PRODUCTS! NOTHING BUT HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLY SIZED SHOES! DON'T BUY FROM JACK ROGERS USA.COM BC YOU WOULD REGRET IT ONE DAY.
