JacketsThreadsReviews of jacketsthreads.com

I was reading some of the older reviews and they weren't good, so I was a little nervous about ordering. I didn't hear anything for a bit after I placed my order, but I reached out and immediately received a response which included my tracking code. It came here on time and as pictured so huge sigh of relief!!!

I needed a jacket as quick as possible, let the staff at JacketsThreads know that this was an emergency, and they got it to me quicker than I had even hoped for!! They were amazing to work with!

I ordered a coat (Edward Elric's). Received it in roughly 3 weeks. I did not make an account so I did not have a way to track the process however I reached out by email and was contacted by Gwen. She was incredibly helpful with my numerous questions and very prompt with her replies. I love the coat! Very good quality. And if it helps anyone I am 6'2 155lbs and ordered a 2xl. The fit is perfect and so are the sleeves which was my main worry due to my long arms.

I needed my jacket within less than days days after my purchase. Gwen was the best she was able to expedite it for me and it came within a week!

VIP service, accommodating to individual requests. Quality of products are superb. Ordered many items and have been very impressed with all. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a varsity jacket, and the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. If I could give JacketThreads negative stars, I would. When the jacket arrived, the quality was below expectations—it felt cheaply made, with poor finishing—and it also had a number patch that was not shown in any of the product photos. When I reached out to customer service to initiate a return, I was initially told I would need to cover approximately $80 in shipping fees. After going back and forth, the company agreed to reimburse the shipping cost if I provided proof of return/receipt—which I did promptly at the end of December. It is now April, and I have yet to receive any refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of accountability. This was a horrible experience marked by misleading product representation, poor product quality, and unresponsive customer service, which frankly lied just to receive their product back. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Love my Jacket just got it waited 3+ weeks but worth the wait… I emailed Gwen and she got right back to me with the correct information…. Parcel was well packaged… I’m in London UK How do I add a photo ?

Received my Jacket and I'm very Impressed with the style, I was expecting a regular starter type and received a wool/and leather combined jacket. The originality is excellent for me. They will be my go to when purchasing in the future.
